Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. True Etruscan Experience in Orvieto

THE BEST! My first view out the small terrace was possibly the most beautiful I will ever see: a large mountainside of fields, olive and grape vineyards, quaint homes and large monasteries, winding roads and long high speed passenger trains! Inside, the design and materials of this home cannot be beat: a beautiful combination of 3000 year old history stocked full of modern comforts! Open the doors and windows and feel the breeze waft through smelling of honeysuckle and jasmine. Giovanni’s Castle on the Rock is just amazing. We especially were interested in the Orvieto tuff caves dug by the Bronze Age Etruscans. Beneath our feet were two floors of these caves, beautifully finished and lit with marble and tile floors and steps. Nearby were two more remarkable systems of caves: Il Labirinto and Della La Cava. The latter is less than a block away. Both are far better than the Orvieto Underground! Treat yourselves to this delightful discovery! It’s the perfect rest stop in a medieval city!

The house is new, elegant and clean (even more beautiful than it appears in the photos). It is surrounded by greenery, a 10-15 minute drive from the center of Orvieto, very convenient to reach. We had a great time!

A private pool area is surrounded by lush greenery and colorful flowers. Comfortable lounge chairs are arranged along the poolside, with an umbrella providing shade. The clear blue sky and sunlit landscape create a serene setting for relaxation.

Really a good experience. The house is not far from the airport and the pool is really the added value with a comfortable poolside shower that helps if, as in our case, there are 6 of you. The house has two bathrooms, but in the house the actual shower is 1 (the other bathroom is more of an emergency treat not having curtains). The house is very spacious, the garden is well maintained and the owners are really nice. Good people. I hope to stay again in the future.

This place is incredible!! Serene surroundings, beautiful views and a lovely, clean and bright apartment! We wished we could have stayed longer. Such a beautiful stay to break up the trip and relax on one of the 2 patios with a glass of wine and the end of a busy traveling week. Highly recommend this apartment.

We stayed seven nights in the accommodation and felt comfortable. Communication was very good and Maurizio helpful and the reception warm (including cake). The house and surroundings are very nice, you have a great view of the countryside and can take small hikes from the house. On the terrace there are seating areas, in the sun and in the shade of trees. Supermarkets and Orvieto are quickly accessible by car. Excursions to Bolsena and Civitia di Bagnoregio, which can be reached within half an hour's drive, are recommended. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the pool because the weather was still too cool. We highly recommend this property.

There were a lot of unpaved roads, so it was a bit rough to find the way, but I loved the peaceful atmosphere of the accommodation. I also saw fireflies, which are rare to see in Korea. ^-^ The pool water was clean, peaceful and nice. If the schedule was long, I'd like to stay another day.

Pasquale is an amazing host. He met us, warmly welcomed us and gave us a thorough orientation to this wonderful space. And he provides an amazing list of restaurants & activities. So genuinely warm & welcoming. You will love your stay here
