The open kitchen was perfect for rustling up a quick dinner while staying part of the conversation. Although the view was hidden by fog at first, it cleared to reveal the full beauty of Lago Maggiore - an unforgettable sight! We had a fantastic stay with Nicole and Christian. The house is very spacious and easily fit our group. It is designed in a way to feel very private, and you have a nice big balcony in front with a stunning view of the city, the lake, and the mountains across. The footpath to walk to downtown passes right by the house and there is a bus stop nearby, so it’s easily accessible from Locarno. The house was very clean, and we did not hear any traffic from the road. We really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed to make our meals. Nicole and Christian were very responsive, accommodating, and easy to reach. We’d love to stay here again!

Beautiful comfortable and authentic house, beautifully renovated, where it is cool even in high heat. The view of the rooms is splendid. Géraldine is very welcoming. Stresa is a 10-minute walk away, a little more on the way back because the slope is steep but it's a pleasure to be able to do everything without a car. We had an excellent week and we will be back for sure!

Very nice, professionally developed Rustico. The attention to detail and the sense of the function and the respective material are unmistakable. Even in not so sunny weather, it can be perfectly switched off. Arriving by public transport was problem-free and the walk for shopping is absolutely feasible for somewhat active people. We are already considering when we will come back.

We had a great stay, thank you Doris. The apartment is in the perfect location with just a short walk to the lake and city (uphill on the way back). It has lovely views over the lake and mountains. Everything was perfectly clean. Can only recommend.

This property was such a find! The four of us all loved spending time in the space (which for us is rare - we are often out and exploring) and it meant we actually had a restful time away. The property itself was exactly what I expected from the photos - stunning views. Our favourite feature was having a variety of outdoor balcony spaces - suntraps for the morning, shaded next to the kitchen for hot afternoons and the lower ground tucked away for evenings outside. Our friends came by car which was helpful as it's much faster driving into the centre of Lugano (recommend parking at the station Park & Ride or Migros for a groceries haul). If we had no access to a car we would have needed to plan our outings a little more (e.g. time for buses or plan in time for walking) but being out of the main town actually meant we were in a peaceful and quiet area. Make sure to do the trail walk up to Mount Bre - it starts just up the road by foot! Would highly recommend!

I liked everything, the photos responded to reality . And the apartment has everything you need and even more. The view from the balcony is just great, in the morning you drink the most bliss. All issues were resolved very quickly. Recommended .

We had a very nice stay in Cerro in Andrea's apartment, from there we enjoyed a lot and were looking forward to the evening view of the lake every time. The apartment is located on the second floor within walking distance of Cerre, was sparkling clean and tastefully decorated. Our recommendation would be to provide a pan and a smaller cooking pot more as well as egg cups. The garbage separation or storage system did not open up to us immediately. Overall a great stay thank you so much

The four of us (2 couples) spent a weekend in this pretty apartment. It is superbly furnished, large enough and was as shown in the pictures. For us, it was great that the apartment has 2 bathrooms, each with a shower. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the city and yet close to the train station. Everything is within walking distance. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen also looked well equipped (but we did not use it). Communication was quick and very helpful and I could get in touch at any time if I had any questions. We will be happy to come back!

very nice and clean cottage, in a very quiet and strategic area for visiting Como. Parking in front of the house, outdoor area where you can spend the evening relaxing. Very clean house, excellent communication. Highly recommended!
