The lake house
Villa with direct access to Lake Orta. The villa is surrounded by a garden where you can spend a relaxing day on the shores of the most romantic of Italian lakes. Swimming lake with particularly clear waters. The water temperature is particularly mild and it is possible to swim from late May until early October. It is also ideal as a base for those wishing to visit the many tourist resorts in the area: Orta San Giulio, Lake Maggiore with Stresa and the Borromean Islands, Lake Mergozzo, the Ossola Valley, the Strona Valley, Valsesia and many others. It is just 50 km from Malpensa airport and an hour and 15 minutes from the center of Milan. Private parking is available. CIR 10305000025

An elegant semi-detached house: with the owners next door, peace and quiet is assured. From a large garden overlooking the lake, you enter the open space with a living room, dining area, small but very functional kitchen, and bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. One room with a queen-size bed, the other with a double bed; they have a view of the lake: one with a romantic balcony. There is a garage with a bike laboratory, canoe and paddleboard for free. From Oct. to Apr. €10 more per day for heating.

Spacious apartment with dining room, living room, and kitchen. There is a large table that can be used as a desk, a large kitchen, and a corner sofa with TV. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the green space of the garden. Above it, there is a mezzanine with exposed beams: a relaxing space with a very comfortable two-person sofa bed. A corridor leads to the bedroom, which has a queen-size bed and a balcony overlooking the lake, as well as a nice little table. Next to the bedroom, there is the bathroom with shower.

Take it easy at this unique accommodation. This newly renovated house with 3000 m2 garden is a wonderful place to fully experience la dolce vita, overlooking the lake. The unique thing about this house is that it is a 10-minute walk from the beautiful village Orta San Giulio, full of terraces and restaurants. Casa Gialla is next to the entrance of Sacro Monte (UNESCO heritage). A ten-minute walk and you are in the cleanest lake in the area, Lago di Orta, swimming, paddle boarding, canoeing, everything is possible!

Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

We recommend this apartment for a couple looking for a central but spacious apartment, to feel at home! The apartment consists of living room with dining area and sofa, kitchen (oven, fridge, kettle and toaster), bathroom with shower and washing machine, double bedroom. The first supply of sheets and towels for all guests is included and free of charge. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate pets in this apartment. We are very sorry!
