Spacious 2 bedroom Casita

Our spacious Casita is tucked away in the heart of the thriving Northwest side of Tucson. It's within walking distance of the new Whole Foods and Safeway. Major shopping malls are no more than 10 minutes drive in any direction, and an unlimited number of restaurants are available to choose from. The 1000 square foot home is suitable for up to 4 guests. The house is extremely private, and has two spacious bedrooms, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Cycling golf and hiking are close by.

Our Rancho Vistoso patio overlooks a greenbelt which has become a wildlife refuge. The patio offers dining and lounging, with the Amazing Mountain and Desert Sunset views. The Vistoso Casitas resort-like amenities include six miles of paved paths, a heated community pool/spa, Ramada with BBQ grills, exercise facility and clubhouse. We have spent hours biking throughout Oro Valley’s many miles of safe and scenic biking routes and hiking challenging mountain trails at nearby Catalina State Park.

Cold AC, Fast WIFI, No Cleaning Fee!

Park by your PRIVATE entrance. This spacious suite is quiet with its own Mini Split set . The WIFI is fast and the kitchenette has a full size fridge. I prefer solo travelers and charge a little more for a 2nd guest when you put in for 2 it will show correct amount. No unauthorized guests. Locals must send an inquiry about your stay before booking. 15-20 minutes to downtown, UA and the airport. Sending a message about your stay is appreciated.

If you love nature this casita is just for you. Located 15 minutes from downtown and only a few minutes from stunning hiking and mountain biking trails in the National Park. The property is very much like a botanical garden with fruit trees filling up the back and a wide variety of succulents filling the front. Peaceful Little Desert House - mountains, cactus!

So much History on this 7 acre property! The famous Tucson artist, Ted Degrazia, stayed here and actually painted on the walls! If you are coming to the desert for the mountains, the cactus, the sunsets and the wildlife, but also want to be very close to everything; this is the place! There are multiple homes on this property. Our primary home is here and and another vacation home.
