In the heart of the Perche , an authentic house

We were looking for a place to meet as a family, we found a little piece of heaven in Perche. Large house full of character and charm, “flea market chic” atmosphere with its antique furniture, which does not detract from its comfort and its many facilitating amenities. Not to mention the vast "carpet" of greenery in front of the house, where venerable cherry and apple trees compete for the most beautiful bloom. The place is so harmonious and calm that you wonder if the only occupants around are the birds. In the end, you don't know where you feel most comfortable: inside or outside. To conclude, special mention to Thierry, the owner of the place: ultra responsive, accommodating and surely a tourist guide in another life. Thanks to their advice, we discovered local gems we would never have found on our own. In short, 4 perfect days. We highly recommend it (unless you make noise – then the birds might put a spell on you😄).

Bruno’s place is perfect for a countryside escape. Walking distance from a beautiful forest, peaceful and the cozy chimney and hot bath made all the difference. The only downside are the stairs that are very steep, not perfect for someone a little old or kids. Would highly recommend!

Olivier and the perfect host! Whether on arrival, during our entire stay, or upon our departure, he always responded present and even knew how to anticipate our needs! We were delighted by the apartment and its terrace with a bird 's-eye view of the Sarthe river and ancillary activities like the Tibetan bowls trip that I highly recommend and executed by Olivier in person. Magical! What a talent! Add to this a horseback ride and a "campfire" evening with a fire pit and guitar at the edge of the Sarthe and you have all the ingredients that helped make this week unforgettable. We will definitely be back and with great pleasure at Olivier's. Thank you again. I would highly recommend it!

The first thing to say about this rental is that its owner is extremely kind. We were greeted with unique kindness and care. It's rare enough to be highlighted. Another thing is that the rental itself is a small peaceful paradise set in the middle of meadows, apple trees and pear trees. An authentic old cider house, furnished with warm antique furniture. Experience the true pleasure of magical evenings by the fire. Nights of perfect silence. There is nothing missing from this rental as there are not many left. We recommend it without a second thought. And we will definitely try to come back some day!

We had a great Easter weekend at this Airbnb! The location is ideal: easy to access while being very quiet, which was perfect for relaxing. The caravans are really atypical and very clean, exactly as shown in the photos. Real works of art. They are also very well equipped and the decor is particularly neat. Our kids loved this universe that made them travel! The bedding was very comfortable, a real cocoon for a good night's sleep. Estelle's hosting was very warm and attentive. Our children and his even had the chance to share a moment of play, which they enjoyed very much. Finally, the views are stunning and the garden is very nice to relax in. We would highly recommend this accommodation for an original and relaxing stay! Thanks to the Macdal family for hosting us in their world. Very inspiring. See you soon.

We had a pleasant stay in Dany's apartment. The decor was very tasteful with beautiful colors and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including excellent bedding. Dany was a very warm and welcoming host, always quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns. The location was also very convenient, with a store, bakery, and restaurant nearby. We had a peaceful and relaxing stay surrounded by nature at Sophie’s Gîte. The house is very well equipped for cooking, and especially so for children (cots, bathing equipment, board games and plenty of garden games too). We brought our dog who received welcome gift and a warm welcome from Sophie too. While we were there we went for a 4km walk in the local Forrest, and there’s also a circular walk locally. I went on a bike ride to Mammers and back which took just under an hour through quiet lanes. Lovely! We also visited Le Perriere a local village, very picturesque. We were very comfortable during our stay and the enclosed and large garden meant our dog enjoyed her stay too! Nice having a pony come to visit near the fence in the garden too.

We had a great weekend in this house! Communication was smooth and our host was very flexible. The decoration and materials are really neat and the house perfectly equipped (crockery, games, towels, etc.) for a stay with 10 adults and babies. We were unable to enjoy the Nordic bath which was out of order but the terrace and garden are very nice in the slightest ray of sunshine. The environment is quiet and very peaceful, a real escape to greenery! A car is essential for walking and daily errands.

We had a great time! There were 15 of us (12 adults and 3 children). The accommodation is nice, clean, and the beds are comfortable. It has everything you need to cook and spend pleasant, quiet time. The large garden, cinema room and children's games are a real plus! The environment is really nice. In short, it was great! Thanks again for hosting us.
