First of all, the host is WONDERFUL. She was very responsive and even followed up after the first night to make sure everything was okay. There was ample space for our whole family.

Jessica has a very clean and comfortable place! I stayed here with my fiancé and we were very comfortable and were able to unwind. The check in and check out were very easy. We would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Personally I was sad to leave! Such a lovely location and getting to enjoy the views from the kitchen island or hanging out on the dock every day was so peaceful. My family loved the house the house was super clean & looked just like the picture. My nephews were fully entertained with both game rooms. They truly have a beautiful home.

My family and I came to visit and celebrate my son's 2nd birthday. 16 adults and 3 children. The home was so spacious and full of activities and amenities to enjoy: pool, gameroom, theater. We never felt like we needed to leave. My 12yo son and his older cousins even was able to go to the neighborhood basketball court to shoot around (within walking distance). Beautiful home, very clean, plenty of kitchen supplies, beach/pool towels in laundry room. highly suggest staying here if you're looking for a true R&R vacation. couple of suggestions (small, but noteworthy) surround sound in theater or at least sound bar. stairwell had a few cracks in finishing which were covered by tape and shelves in fridge do were broken. all which could've potentially came from previous family staying and owner wasn't able to fix/replace in time. otherwise - definitely stay here if you are vacationing with a large family! We will love to come back and stay here again. perfect!

What a lovely home this is. Very thoughtfully done and beautiful setting. Our contact person Gabriel was very very responsive. There were three couples staying here together and there was plenty of room to enjoy visiting or alone time.

The UCF Parents Retreat was absolutely perfect. It is just 10 minutes from campus! It’s a charming, cozy apartment that made us feel right at home. My daughter and I loved our stay, and even Lucy, our 12-year-old Cocker Spaniel, settled in immediately. The bed was especially comfortable, which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting UCF!

Andrea's apartment was nice and cozy. We enjoyed the quiet time we so much needed. The pool area was within walking distance and very nice and clean pool.

Great Stay,Check In Was Easy You Go Right Up To Room With The Codes They Provide. Room Looks Just Like Picture, Everything Was Clean And Set Up Perfect For A Studio. Everything Is Also Close To Where You Stay.

we wanted a place to stay that was close to Epic Universe/Universal Orlando and this was perfect! publix and restaurants is just a walk away! our son loved the decorations and the variety of game consoles (game cube reminded me of my childhood🥹) we would definitely stay here again!

Ryan's place was awesome! It was convenient to everything nearby as well as suited all of our needs. Ryan was a great host as he was quick to respond to anything we had questions about. I'd definitely stay here again! 10/10 for sure!!!!

The location was easy to find and access. Check-in at the gate was quick—we didn’t even have to leave the car. The apartment was spacious, tidy, and well-equipped. All kitchen appliances worked perfectly, and there were plenty of utensils. The washer and dryer were also great and helped us reset after a week in NYC. The living room was cozy; the TV was a bit laggy but functional. Both bathrooms were clean, with good showers and plenty of towels. The main bedroom had lots of space and a very comfortable bed. We didn’t use the second bedroom. The pool was great, and the gym was decent. Overall, we had a great stay—the apartment was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. We’d definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others.

We loved our stay at Nicoleta's! Everything was very clean and exactly as described. The view was beautiful and truly the cherry on top of a perfect stay! We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area!
