I had a great stay at Muriel's place. The spot is only a block off the water, which provides great backdrops for walks. It's a private spot that's conveniently located (not walkable, but only a 5-minute drive) near to the park neighborhoods (Thornton, Audubon, Winter Park, College Park), Mills 50, and downtown. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe with easy access to I-4 and 17-92. This is a great, clean, and well-maintained spot, with a great host, that is well worth the price.

Cute, cozy place with a pool. Perfect for a couple, close to everything. Hosts were friendly and responsive.

Noga’s place is very quiet and peaceful! It is easy to get to wherever you need to be as well. There is also a giant stone head in the yard! Do you know where you are!? You’re in the jungle baby!

We had such a lovely stay! Space was super clean, spacious, and full of natural light with beautiful high ceilings. The walk up to the guest house was charming and peaceful too. Really enjoyed our time here! 🏡

This cabin is absolutely perfect! While it is centrally located and only a block away from a busy street, it is very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. We didn't hear a since dog, person, music or car. The cabin is very bright, the kitchen is VERY well equipped, and there are lots of towels, blankets and pillow. (We have stayed at Airbnb's with only 2 thin pillows, 2 bath towels for multiple nights and no kitchen towels.) The decor is eligent, simple but beautiful quality. The cabin is very spacious and highly functional. The host is kind and responsive. This is one of the very best Airbnb's we have ever stayed at and we have stayed in many. A+++

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location in College Park is such a gem! Quiet, family-friendly, and filled with cute local restaurants and shops just a short walk or drive away. It felt like the perfect mix of peaceful and convenient. Mary was an amazing host. She left super clear instructions, which made everything easy from the moment we arrived. The place felt so warm and welcoming, like staying at a friend’s house. You can tell she really thought of everything, from the comfy blankets and stocked kitchen to little touches like extra toiletries and a list of local favorites. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave! Would 100% stay again next time we’re in town.

This place was awesome! Exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean, felt so cozy. Paige had all the details covered, so many extra little things that made our stay better, things we didn’t even think of for our one night stay. The garden walking up to unit is cute and you’re able to pick a few veggies/herbs. Great location, quiet neighborhood and still close to shopping and restaurants. We will be staying here again!

My kids and I stayed here for a few days, my husband joining us on the last day, and we just had such a peaceful, wonderful time. Everything was in pristine condition, and was so just so welcoming from beginning to end. The entire place inside and out was so cleverly designed, and well-appointed. It is evident that a great deal of care went into transforming this place into a beautiful, enjoyable space. I came home to my bed, and actually missed sleeping in the Livingston Place bed, it was just so comfortable. Our kids were sad to leave, and my son said this was truly a "home away from home". place was very clean and pretty spacious for a 1 BR. The layout was nice. Javier was very chill and was understanding. The bed room was very nice as well.

This place was absolutely 10/10. I’ll definitely come back when I’m around. Super clean and cozy, felt like home away from home. It looks even better than the pictures. Responsive host, great appliances, cute decoration and great location. The ac is super powerful and the pack and play made my life easier with my 5m/o. Couldn’t be happier! Definitely recommend!

Had to spend a week in Orlando for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and wanted to look for a space that felt like home and also had a vacation feel! Lynn and Tod’s place was just that! The backyard was absolutely JUST as pictured. Absolutely beautiful and so relaxing after a long day at tournaments. The place had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and at home! Will definitely be staying here again in the near future!

Matt’s cottage is so comfortable and well equipped. I was traveling with my English bulldog Henry. I was looking for a place that was close to downtown Orlando as I was attending a wedding. When I arrived my first impression of the home was how comfortable, quaint and wonderfully decorated. Henry and I took several walks around the neighborhood. The surroundings are just beautiful and it steps from a golf course. The homes in the neighborhood have lots of character and are just beautiful. I definitely will stay again if I ever end up back in Orlando. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay and you don’t want to be in a hotel. This is a great option. Don’t hesitate to book.

Had more than what we needed and was a great spot to recharge from the daily adventures we had. Would book again if in the area.

Our stay at the Guest House was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly prepared and thoughtfully arranged. The home was clean, cozy, and welcoming — with lights on to greet us and clear, helpful instructions for everything we needed. Nancy and Richard went above and beyond with the snacks, drinks, and breakfast items, which made our busy tournament weekend so much easier. The grab-and-go options were a lifesaver in the mornings! The property was peaceful and had plenty of space for parking and relaxing after a long day. We truly appreciated the hospitality, attention to detail, and communication throughout our stay. The place is really very pleasant! The surroundings were really excellent! We always felt safe. The air conditioning is very weak, there is no closet or shelf for clothes. Would recommend this place! Thank you for the stay.
