Our house is situated in the lovely swedish nature and still not far away from the local grocery. The house has been renovated the last 3-4 years and is very nice and modern. The house is appx. 75 m2. with 2 sleeping rooms (each with a duble bed and a single bed) and a new annex (with a duble bed and a single bed). There is different kinds of toys for kids (mostly boys) in the house and in the garden we have a big trampoline :-) and an extra TV for playing games or watching movies in the annex.

The exterior of a wooden Stuga features a red facade with white trim. A porch extends along the front, furnished with a table and chairs. A chimney rises from the sloped roof, while surrounding trees provide a natural, green backdrop, contributing to a serene setting.

Newly built wooden Stuga from 2009. Indoor size is 55 sqm, two bedrooms+25 sqm sleeping loft on 2000 sqm half wilderness ground with shelter. Fully isolated for all year use. Situated in a hilly and silent area in the village of Åsljunga on Hallandsåsen in Skåne, southSweden. Several swimming and fishing lakes within 3 km from the house, besides lots of forest and wonderful nature. Alpine skiing 25 min away. Lake Åsljunga is 1 km away with a jump tower and sandy beach. Lovely nature all around.

En mysig stuga i skogsbrynet bland granar och blåbärsris. På en mindre väg nära skog och sjöar ligger den här stugan på 110 kvm. En stor skogstomt med lummiga sittplatser. Plocka blåbär som växer runt huset. Även kantareller kan titta fram. Vår till höst finns tillgång till roddbåt i Åsljungasjön, har flytvästar och fiskekort finns att köpa året runt. Här är även en badplats gång/cykelavstånd på ca 1200 m. Eller kanske ett uppfriskande vinterbad. Nära till svampskog, stigar och olika sjöar.

A cozy traditional 19th-century cottage that has been renovated to modern standards. The house is about 90m² with two bedrooms with a 180cm, 140cm and 80 cm bed. There is a fire place in the living room for those cozy winter days. There is a spacious patio with furniture in the summer and a large plot with views of the forest. You have the popular Vemmentorpssjön a couple of minutes away, perfect for swimming and fishing. 15 minutes to Vallåsen's ski resort and Kungsbygget's adventure park.

Välkommen till vårt mysiga åretruntbonade fritidshus vid Vemmentorpasjön ca 8 km från Örkelljunga. Här kan du koppla av och njuta av både bad och sköna promenader i skogen eller en mer äventyrlig tur till Vallåsen (17km) eller Kungsbyggets Äventyrspark (10km) där det finns downhill-MTB mm. Huset ligger på en höjd med utsikt över ängar och skog och mindre än 5 minuters promenad till den välskötta badplatsen vid Vemmentorpasjön. Tillgång till kanot som kan dras ner till sjön ingår i hyran.

Fem meter i takhöjd, vackra stuckaturer, murmålningar, ett badkar mitt i sovrummet, spiraltrappa, en stenlagd uteplats med medelhavskänsla och inte ens ett stenkast från huset ligger Hjelmsjöns fina tennisbanor. Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A wooden cottage built 2004 by a pond at the edge of the woods. It is not far from the E4 highway, located all by itself, you will not hear anything but the sound of nature. Three bedrooms, one with a large double bed, two with two bunk beds in each room. A large sitting room, with a fireplace in the middle, and a large dining table, with a magnificent view over the pond and the fields. There is also a fullt equipped kitchen.

Spacious house outside of Våxtorp with 4 bedrooms, kitchen and large common areas. The house is situated between the forest and the fields close to the animals of the forest, the birds' song and the total silence. The plot is a large natural plot and there are many bicycle paths in the area. By car It takes about 15 minutes to Vallåsen bicycle facility with fine downhill tracks, 20 minutes to Laholms city center. Nearby are beautiful lakes for recreation, and fishing.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt! Unterkunft: total schöne Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet, Blick ins Grüne und auf die Rehe echt schön! Umgebung: Umgeben von Natur, Feldwege und Wald ab Haustür, Hof sehr schön mit all seinen Tieren Aktivitäten: Rehfüttern, Kontakt mit den Tieren, Sauna, Badsee, Wandern in der Natur + Nationalparks, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, war alles echt super! Nicola und ihr Mann haben uns herzlich empfangen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - kommen gerne wieder! Wir waren als Familie mit Kleinkind und Hund dort. 🙂

Excellent location inside the forest, peaceful and private! Relatively close by car to grocery stores. Very comfy and clean! We really enjoyed the jacuzzi and the sound system! Richard and Emelie were very friendly, always responsive and really flexible with the check in and out times! We would definitely visit again in the future!

Fantastic time at this place, where lots of things make it really great option for stay. Inside the house kitchen and all appliances are new and very well thought through so you don’t miss anything for making food, cozy fireplace, comfortable furniture and sunset view on the field with alpacas 🦙 , and then within 10 minutes nice walk distance there is big outdoor pool, sauna and basketball/football facilities which we used almost every day. We stayed with 3 kids and a dog and definitely coming back 👍

Huset var väldigt fint ”nybyggdkänsla” och doft. Väldigt sköna tv-fåtöljer, soffa mm. Rummen låg på övervåningen, 2fina sovrum. En brant trappa upp till sovrummen kan vara jobbigt för vissa men inte för den utan krämpor kan gå enkelt baklänges nedför den säkert. Boendet är väldigt prisvärt men tyckte mindre om att de ville ha städavgift 600kr + el-avgiften i kontanter med egen avlösning på elmätaren vid ankomst och utcheckning. Vi blev tvungna att värma upp huset från 6grader till 20grader med fullt påslagna element i alla rum och två värmepumpar på 30grader i ca 8tim. 4kr/kWh debiteras. Kändes lite fel att betala denna enorma elkonsumtion för att få värme i stugan innan man kunde sova. Vi bodde i 3nätter mån-tors och det kostade 1350kr extra med städ och elavgiften. Och hitta bankomat för kontanterna och handla tidningen för att få växel mm mm…. Som företagare att redovisa allt blev det lite krångligt med detta. Trots detta så är det väldigt prisvärt och kan rekommendera huset.

Een erg gastvrij en behulpzame host. Als je vragen had dan stond ze voor ons klaar. Ook de locatie was erg gezellig op een kleine boerderij, de eigenaresse woont ook op het terrein maar toch had je je eigen stuk. De omgeving is erg mooi grenst aan de bossen en meren. Mooi om te wandelen. Wij zijn ook nog een dag naar Lund geweest op ongeveer een uur rijden een erg leuke stad om te bezoeken. Al met al een echte aanrader !

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. An das Badezimmer, was gleichzeitig auch das Durchgangszimmer zu zwei Schlafzimmern ging musste man sich erst gewöhnen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Terrasse hat zum entspannen eingeladen. Eine top Lage direkt am See, in dem man sich an warmen Tagen abkühlen konnte. Ein typisches Schwedenhaus. Es fallen Kosten für Strom, ein weiteres Boot und Fahrräder an:)
