The house is located at the top of Villa Tallbacka's large plot, about 30 meters from the residential house where the host lives. The guest house is surrounded by magnificent beech and oak trees. You will have access to the southern part of the guest house as well as a private patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture. A soothing environment with walking distance to beautiful hiking areas, swimming area, grocery stores and restaurants. The guest house has a bridge upstairs that can be risky for small children.

The area is beautifully nestled by forest and green surfaces. In the area there are several nice hiking trails. Shops and service are within 10-15 minutes by car. In the immediate area there are also a wide range of different activities.

Five meters in ceiling height, beautiful stucco, murals, a bathtub in the middle of the bedroom, spiral staircase, a stone patio with Mediterranean feel and not even a stone's throw from the house are Hjelmsjön's nice tennis courts. Situated in a hilly and silent area in the village of Åsljunga on Hallandsåsen in Skåne, southSweden. Several swimming and fishing lakes within 3 km from the house and wonderful nature. Alpine skiing and Båstad resp. 25/45 min away. Lake Åsljunga is 1 km away with a jump tower and sandy beach. Lovely nature all around.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

On the large plot, there are several leafy seating areas and plenty of room for peace and quiet. Blueberries grow around the house and sometimes chanterelles also appear. Access to rowboat in Åsljungasjön (life jackets available) and swimming area about 1.2 km away. A perfect place for nature lovers all year round!

Nature-loving cottage on Hallandsåsen

Cozy cottage up on Hallandsåsen with large nature plot and many opportunities for activities regardless of the season. The area offers nice walking and cycling trails and at nearby lakes there is the possibility of swimming and fishing. In the summer there is a large communal outdoor pool a few 100 meters away. It usually opens sometime in June. If you want to go to the sea, it is 35 km both to Båstad, Mellbystrand or Ängelholm.
