Tutto perfetto, luogo, abitazione, spiaggia e accoglienza. Un piccolo graziosi alloggio, curato nei particolari, in una scenografica posizione immersa tra mare, cielo e vegetazione spontanea autoctona. Tutto funzionante anche il wi-fi, pochi passi ed i piedi sono in acqua, vicinato silenzioso e sufficientemente distante. Consigliatissimo

Alan is a great host. The house is beautiful and has a big veranda. We loved to use the shower outside in the garden and the nature around is beautiful. The house was clean and the kitchen included everything we needed. Alan took us on his boat and we had a great trip at the coast. We would love to visit this place again. Thanks Alan and Sharon.

Tolle Lage, sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. 2 Minuten, zu Fuß, zum nächsten Restaurant, Bar und kleiner Supermarkt 5 Minuten. Der Strand - die Düne - ist einfach fantastisch.

We loved our stay with Gian Marco! The house is clean, spacious, great for a big family! The garden is huge and the kids have plenty of space to roam around, play and run free! Putzu Idu is only 10 minutes away and is a large sandy beach, perfect for spending the entire day! We would love coming back here!

La casa è spaziosa, molto pulita e funzionale: eravamo in 9 e siamo stati benissimo. La cucina è ben accessoriata, c'è un ampio giardino e lo spazio per fare colazione all'aperto. Tutte le stanze hanno il condizionatore. La posizione è molto tranquilla, un po' distante dalle spiagge, ma in un tempo non eccessivamente lungo si possono raggiungere le più belle località della costa occidentale. Roberto è un host molto reattivo, gentile e disponibile. Ringraziamo lui e anche il suo papà, che ci ha fatto omaggio di un cocomero buonissimo!

Die einmalige Meersicht direkt vom Haus aus war einmalig. Den Strand, den wir um diese Jahreszeit fast für uns alleine hatten, war toll, zu Fuss erreichbar in 5min. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Vermieter waren bei Fragen immer erreichbar.

We spent two weeks in Torro del Pozzo in Alessandra's beautiful house. The view from living room, the bedrooms and especially from the terrace simply is amazing! The interior is friendly and spacious. The kitchen is small but very clean. There is a patio behind the house that is lovely when it's hot. We loved the small beach by the house just a two minute (steep) walk from the house! Parking the car proved a bit tricky, since our van was a bit oversized for the small (and again very steep) driveway. Turning the car in front of the neighbor's garage always took a few minutes but we preferred that to driving up the driveway backwards.:) The road is close but was rarely heard, the restaurant across the street (bar del capitano) makes great pizza! :) We loved our stay and really recommend Alessandra as a host and the villa as home base to discover this part of the island!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Das Haus ist super ausgestattet (Küchenutensilien, Handtücher, Bettwäsche etc.,), die Kinder konnten draußen prima spielen, sogar Spielsachen wurden von Walter und seiner Familie zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, ein Geschenkkorb mit Leckereien stand bereit und wir konnten sogar etwas früher einchecken, was es für uns einfacherer gemacht hat. Der sehr schöne weitläufige Strand war für uns mit den Kindern in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt ist wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt erreichbar, der Laden auf dem Campingplatz hat für dringende Einkäufe auch eine kleine Auswahl. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

A wonderful home for 2 weeks. This Villa has everything inside and outside. High quality interiors with every modern convenience available and the outdoor garden and pool area will simply take your breath away. This is a really nice place to stay. In the midst of an olive tree orchard guaranteeing quietness. And yet so close to the city of Alghero with its nice restaurants and bars. Coolness on hot days is provided by airco in all rooms, and by the trees close to the pool. The covered outdoor seating area & the covered terrace are ideal places for reading, drinking cocktails or enjoying BBQ meals. Communication was always good.

Ottima la posizione. Ampi gli spazi al piano terra ed esterni. Trovata la casa in ordine e cucina con ampia attrezzatura. La proprietà è sempre stata pronta a risolvere le piccole problematiche sorte. Nel complesso il giudizio è più che positivo e sicuramente consigliamo l'immobile.

We stayed at Villa Josephine for a week from July 30th to August 6th 2023. The villa is roughly a 15 minute drive from Alghero airport and 7-10 minutes from the centre of Alghero itself. The villa consists of a lovely pool outside with a spacious veranda, outdoor shower and table tennis table. Inside is a good sized kitchen, downstairs bathroom with toilet and bath. There is also a living space with a TV, piano and sofa. The TV had Netflix, Prime etc installed and the wifi in the house actually works well. This is one of the first times I have stayed at an AirBnb in Italy in which the wifi has been good. Upstairs is a master bedroom with an ensuite shower, TV (Italian TV only), a second bathroom with toilet and shower, a second bedroom with double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds. There is also aircon upstairs which works well. Overall, I was happy with our stay. I must say a big thank you to Giusy who looked after us so well and was very quick to respond to any questions.

Rita ist eine absolute Top Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war von A-Z hervorragend und sie ist äusserst hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und flexibel. Ihr Haus überzeugt mit einem unvergleichlichen Blick auf den Strand und das Meer mit den besten Sonnenuntergängen. Der riesige Strand ist zu Fuss in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen (wir waren aber zu faul und sind mit dem Auto zu den in der Nebensaison Gratisparkplätzen am Strand gefahren ;-)). Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es macht den Eindruck, dass es Schritt für Schritt auf den neusten Stand gebracht (neue Fenster, neue moderne Klimaanlage, usw.) und ich gehe davon aus, dass sie das Haus weiter modernisiert. Wir durften einige wunderbare Tage in Pistis geniessen und kehren nach Möglichkeit sehr gerne zurück. :-)

Thank you Donna for an amazing stay at Casa Melissa. We were greeted by the lovely Giuseppe when we arrived to show us around. We had an amazing time in Alghero. We had the perfect base to travel around the island and come back to a very restful home. We had everything we needed in the house., from the very comfortable beds, to the amazing pool and the bbq we had everything! We were treated to some local pastries one day by Giuseppe which was a lovely surprise ! We always got very prompt responses to any questions we had along the way too. We leave with very happy memories of our time in Sardinia Thank you Donna and Giuseppe

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans les lieux et nous avons apprécié la tranquillité, la vue et la beauté du jardin. La terrasse est vraiment un point fort. Rita nous a très bien accueilli et nous a laissé plein de petites attentions. Il faut noter que le logement est quand même très isolé dans la campagne et qu’il vaut mieux demander des instructions complémentaires pour s’y rendre pour ne pas se perdre.

We had a fantastic week at Villa Olive Tree. The house is in a beautiful and peaceful location. The pool was perfect and we made good use of the outdoor eating area. Caterina was very helpful and ensured everything went well during our holiday.

Wir haben wunderbare 10 Tage in der Villa verbracht. Das Haus hat eine unbeschreibliche Aussicht und ist absolut ruhig. Alghero selber und die Umgebung bieten zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, allerdings ist ein Auto unverzichtbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

pierluigi's villa was great. there is a really big pool and nice surroundings. in the villa you find everything for cooking etc and there are also a lots of water and other toys, which you can use and play. in the yard you can find a couple of lounge areas and a barbecue. michele (a co-host) was very helpful and answer quickly, if we needed something. i definetely recommend this villa for everyone.

Das Haus liegt im eher touristenfernen Westen der Insel am Hang mit Blick auf das Meer, das man abends auf der Terrasse auch rauschen hört. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool, der absolut ausreichend gross ist und unserer 14-köpfigen Truppe super gefallen hat. Für die kleinen gab es genügend auslauf auf dem weiten Areal. Ein Auto yfernt) unabdingbar. Das Haus selbst ist tiptop sauber, wurde wohl in den 90ern errichtet und hat drei Ebenen. Auf Eingangshöhe die Küche, Wohnzimmer mit grossem Tisch und der Zugang zur Terrasse, oben 3 Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, unten 4 Zimmer mit 2 Bädern. Man ist schnell in der nächsten kleinen Ortschaft, dem Strand oder im Landesinneren - klasse. Bettwäsche und Handtücher gibt es für 10 Eur pP. Die Eigentümer sind super nett, reaktiv und freundlich. Wir würden wieder kommen :-)

Nous avons reçu un accueil des plus chaleureux. C'est une adresse que nous recommandons vivement. Il existe peu d'endroits avec des personnes telles qu'Alessandra et Ricardo. Vous pouvez vous rendre à cette adresse les yeux fermés, vous y trouverez repos et profiterez d'un lieu à la fois simple et accueillant, niché dans un environnement verdoyant, tranquille et propre. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner.

Tökéletes választás! Nagyon tiszta, hihetetlenül jól felszerelt, a konyha minden elképzelést felül múlt, bármit megtalálsz, ami kellhet. Extra dolgok az ágymelegítő, vasaló, párátlanító készülék. Mi minden nap használtuk, ajánlatos, mert nagyon párás a levegő. Kényelmes az ágy, nagyon jókat pihentünk. Csodálatos a kilátás és a terasz, szebb, mint a képeken. Érdemes a zsalugátert kitárni mindig. Bosa városa nagyon szép, érdemes többször bemenni, a strand is kellemes, jó éttermeket találtunk. A város pár perc kocsival, viszont az autó elengedhetetlen. Mi az októbert preferáljuk pihenésre, nem volt zsúfolt a környék, nagyon csendes és pihentető nyaralás volt. A házigazda mindig elérhető volt és gyorsan válaszolt minden kérdésünkre.
