Monthly Rentals in Orchid

We were looking for a quick getaway trip for a long weekend. Lyn's place was just what we were looking for. It has a beautiful view, it is nestled back off of the road so it is secluded and quiet. Sebastian is a quaint little beach town. We ate seafood over the water, sat on the deck, listened to live music and laid by the pool when we didn't want to go out. Lyn was right next door to answer questions about local attractions and she is very pleasant to speak to. I wish we could have stayed longer.

What an absolute gem!! The house was so clean and roomy, love the open kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood, but also a quick drive to all the fun restaurants and bars on the riverfront. Look forward to visiting again!!

This place is so perfect for unwinding and enjoying the beach. The area around the house is full of plants and trees providing total privacy and the perfect place to relax and read a book. The beach is a short walk away. The house was super clean and the furniture was very comfortable. I look forward to another stay.

What a great find! I spent 3 months at this beautiful airbnb in Sebastian and it was a 5/5 experience. Here's why: The hosts Lorri and Darrell are the best. Lorri invited me over for homemade ice cream and snacks, check in was easy and friendly (they even left me some food as welcoming gifts) and they were always a text away if I needed anything. They obviously care a lot about their guests and their home and chatted with me like I was an old friend, even inviting me to meet the neighbors. Darrell is great too, he picked up a beach chair for me to use at the beach and even helped me with my car troubles- not necessary at all but a huge help to me! The place is clean, spacious and even better than the photos, a nice private apartment separated from their lovely home. The AC is nice & strong. Location is great, close to the beach and river full of wildlife and Sebastian has some good local businesses. I'd go on but I'm out of characters, I look forward to staying here again some day!
