Excellent accommodation close to the sea. The house absolutely corresponds to the photo, modern repair and design, there are all necessary things for a comfortable stay (towels, washing machine, mosquito net, air conditioners, washing liquids, iron). Convenient car parking next to the house. Stefania and Leontina are wonderful hosts.

Susanna gave us an excellent welcome. The house surrounded by nature is beautiful and equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. The large, fenced garden is perfect for four-legged friends who can play free and worry-free. The quiet area sheltered from traffic gives guests the right relaxation. The center is less than a 5-minute drive or can be reached on foot by taking a nice walk in the green of the Maremma. Amenities - such as supermarkets and clubs - are also less than 5 minutes away. Excellent.

As soon as we entered, the feeling was that of being at home. Spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. In addition, Francesca was very nice to leave us a fantastic and abundant breakfast. Also recommended for the location.

The Vacation was a dream😍 We visited Jennys Airbnb with out Dog Falko and he absolutely loved it. The View was breathtaking and Jenny was always available and cared for us in the best way. Francesco and Jessica were very nice and always available. We were initially a little late by the ferry but we were always in contact and could check in flexibly. Francesco was waiting for us and accompanied us to the accommodation. The place is just outside and can only be reached by one vehicle. The garden is a good size, is very well maintained, completely fenced and the fireplace invites you to grill. All necessary materials are available for this. The apartment is clean and cozy. Kitchen is clean and well equipped. The bedroom has a large comfortable bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom was clean and well furnished. There were enough towels available and there was shampoo etc. for 1-2 days. The rest of the apartment was also very nice. The town of Porto Azzuro has plenty of shopping and restaurants. We had a very nice time on Elba and would be happy to come back.

We were guests of Ms. Enrica for 4 days from August 24, 2024 to August 27, 2024, we were immediately welcomed by Ms. Enrica who led us to her very clean apartment and located in a central area (near the port). A beautiful experience and definitely to be repeated

Very nice peaceful place with a private terrace, where you can enjoy summer dinners. Perfect for furry friends too, as the place is fenced. Adorable interior with all the necessities. Cornelia and her daughter were very accommodating and helped us out when our car got a flat tyre. They drove us to the mechanic’s early in the morning, for which we are really grateful! All in all 10/10 stay:)

Andrea and Emmanuel are great hosts. They're on hand to help if you need them. They were very helpful to us. We highly recommend the place, with a car you have access to lots of places and street parking is easy. Close to beaches and historic places. A peaceful place.

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and newly built apartment located a few minutes walk from the sea and the center of Marina di Grosseto. Very convenient private parking at the back of the apartment in a closed area. Super helpful and very kind hosts. Super recommended!

Our stay at Paolo’s was incredible! The apartment was perfectly appointed, so comfortable and absolutely spotless. The amenities are well thought out and has everything you need for a short or longer stay. We greatly appreciated how kind, helpful and responsive Paulo was and the location is just so peaceful and breathtaking! Highly recommend!

Everything worked out just fine. Location is great, close to the large, wide sandy beach. Approximately 10-minute walk to the center of Marina. Shopping and restaurant visits are easy without a car. Larger shopping centers/sights for alternative programs easily accessible by car. Apartment clean and well maintained, in a quiet residential area with plenty of green space within walking distance. Absolutely stunning, beautiful place. The pictures don’t do it justice. I’ve never stayed so close to the sea before and the view from my bedroom every morning was incredible. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Wow! Beautiful place! We have a wonderful pizza on the terrace and a great breakfast spread in the morning. The room was comfortable and very clean. The hosts were kind and welcoming. We can’t wait to go back. Totally worth the drive out there.

Nice apartment with large patio including a barbecue, ocean views with sunrise. Garage with door available short walk away, somewhat tight but fits small/medium-sized vehicle. Walkable 10-15 minutes downhill to nearby restaurants and stores. Great host, readily available and helpful.

A beautiful stay in Punta Ala, the apartment was as described: functional, tastefully renovated and a few steps from the port of Punta Ala, in a really quiet and well-maintained residential setting. The veranda was really enjoyable. Lucia was very kind and available for any case. It was a pleasure, we hope to be back next year.

The apartment matches the description. The strengths are the proximity to the center and all amenities, unpaid parking near the property, and especially the terrace. We happily spent a lot of time on the terrace, breakfast, and dinner. The kitchen has everything you need, with a large dishwasher. The stay was great. We hope to be back soon!

This apartment was everything we needed to start our trip through Italy. We relaxed by the pool, had an amazing Olive Oil tasting experience and enjoyed the quiet, slower pace of the area. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing destination interested in a place slightly less traveled and a great home base to explore from.
