We highly recommend staying here. The house is fantastic and the apartment in it allows you to feel the atmosphere of the town. We had a very nice time there. The terrace is definitely an asset of this place. Simona hosted us wonderfully, she was very nice and very helpful. The contact was always very smooth and pleasant, we felt very cared for. One of the best views you will find! Place is clean and comfortable. AC in every room and worked well. Probably the best washer dryer we had in Italy :) Incredibly responsive host. Highly recommend!

It's idyllic. A short drive or walk from Paciano and you get to this peaceful spot that looks over the olive grove. It's a fantastic spot to unwind and relax. The terrace is a beautiful shaded spot to while away the hours. We would highly recommend to anybody looking for the ideal spot to switch off and hear nothing but birds, bullfrogs and the occasional donkey bray. The home itself is well appointed, perfect for a couple or those with one child. There is plenty of space and the flat contains everything you need. We loved it. A perfect week.

The house is in a great location, very quiet but also very close to the center of Porto Santo Stefano, impeccable cleanliness. Fabiana and her husband Mauro were perfect, responsive in responding to our requests without ever making us miss anything (with a very kind and thoughtful attitude). I want to emphasize the effort they put into making us feel at home and accommodating any kind of request, definitely super recommended for anyone who wants to spend a vacation in Porto Santo Stefano

Wow! What a great place. Great Stuff -The views. Coffee on upstairs and downstairs terrace in the morning. Wine and sunset at night. Gorgeous! -The location and short walk to amazing historical center -Wine cellar tour -The downstairs windows -The terraces -The kitchen -So charming! -Very clean Challenges -Figuring out dropoff and parking was trickier than I expected. Apple Maps showed a road that didn't fully exist. I should have read our host's messages vs Airbnb site info. So focus on this to save walking when you get there. :) Once we figured it out...no problem. -We knew there wasn't AC...but we didn't know we were going to visit during a heat wave. (94 F every day) So we used fans and took multiple showers. Still amazing. Overall....we loved it !

We were consciously looking for a quiet home to relax for a few days - and found it at Teresa's! The very tasteful and lovingly furnished cottage is very quiet and has a wonderful terrace with great views of the sea towards the mainland. Two wonderful olive trees provide shade. Everything is very functionally furnished, without exaggerated luxury! The exchange and interaction with the landlady is extremely familiar. For a vacation for two - or even alone - we highly recommend the shell house!

Independent apartment, very clean, spacious, equipped with all the amenities and with a large terrace where you can have breakfast, sunbathe and admire the view. Nestled in the fields, the place is quiet and calm, a great refuge for visiting the beautiful surroundings. Very, very kind and helpful hosts, full of care and advice. Super-recommended address!!

We stayed at Aleksandra's in Montalcino in the heart of Brunello, a breathtakingly beautiful area, for a week. The large property is fantastic and with the tranquility and the view just the right thing to relax and unwind. An unforgettable experience for the whole family. This is how you imagine a Tuscan holiday. We highly recommend the place.

Living a few days in this lovely cottage overlooking the sea was wonderful, for lovers of tranquility and greenery: equipped with everything, clean and well furnished, surrounded by nature from which you can enjoy spectacular sunsets over the sea. Ample outdoor space for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, barbecues, or simply relaxing while watching the sea, a shame not to take advantage. Viola is an energetic, friendly, and helpful host, she welcomed us warmly and was always available for suggestions or to meet our requests. One of the best experiences ever on Airbnb, I can only recommend it!

Wow, what a beautiful apartment this was. Nestled in the countryside by the Tuscany/Umbria border is this gorgeous farmhouse owned by Simona and Yens and what a find it was! The rolling hills are captivating and if you want to switch off, enjoy visiting beautiful villages, eat lovely food and really rest, this is the place to do it. We were welcomed by their two friendly dogs and received lots of tips about the local area from Yens on arrival. The apartment is spacious and serene. From spending evenings on the patio eating al fresco, watching the stars or having morning swims, we had a wonderful time and would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone and everyone seeking some peace and quiet. The farmhouse is remote but it's very easy to get anywhere by car and the drives are never dull with the countryside views. It's hard to put into words how relaxing this place is and so I suggest you book and find out, you won't regret it! Thank you so much Simona and Yens!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

Really wonderful place. Antonia is a fantastic host and provided us with really helpful instructions to find the Airbnb which is tucked away on the hill side. The views are incredible and there is everything you need both in the flat and the surrounding area. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be looking to come back.

a week with the sea in front of the house, lido or free beach, very clean water, boats far from the shore. Very cool apartment. Hot water with outdoor and indoor shower. A guest who provided me with precise directions and in a very short time, solving all my problems. Restaurants nearby, also on foot. Porto Santo Stefano is 4 minutes away by car, Orbetello is 6 km away. A bit busy and noisy street, but the entrance is at the back.

We loved our stay so much we extended for another two nights! The area is very private so make sure you have a rental car and purchase groceries. Lots of cute towns close by but nothing within walking distance. The pool was great and we almost had the place to ourselves. The second two days had more guests around which was nice as well. The hosts were lovely and friendly and available for any questions. Great spot!

The room's highlight is the panoramic view from the private terrace. Room as pictured. Small but well-structured. Fabrizio and Francesco were always very helpful in providing directions and in supporting check-in and check-out needs. The Scooter available for guests is a really useful service.

What can I say except that Beatrice and her husband deserve a 10 with honors. Fantastic location, they are very kind. Everything was perfect. Try their aperitif, which is not just an aperitif but much more

Marco’s place is away from the hustle and bustle of Siena very quietly comfortable and super clean. The view from the balcony alone is worth the night rate. Close to all the lovely sights in Val D’Orcia. In a very quaint town with locals who actually live here. Marco is very responsive and clearly explained everything to us. Must try the pizza at Pizza I’ll Vecchio…a hidden gem in Tuscany

Maria’s place was beautiful and exactly as described! It was bigger than expected and had a cute balcony we really enjoyed spending late afternoons relaxing! We had a great time in Montepulciano, it was relaxing and slow paced after a busy few weeks before ☺️ Maria provided local recommendations and was always responsive. If you’re thinking of booking here I highly recommend!

Filippo was the best host to have. He and his family are the most kind people I interacted with throughout my entire trip to Italy. The space itself is just as it is listed, everything worked perfectly, and we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend staying here. Being on the top floor of the complex gives a great view of the surorunding area and it was cool and breezy with the windows open. I could not have asked for a better experience and homebase for my travels.

Chiusi may not be a major hilltop town but it is very special because it lacks the tourists. We had plenty of restaurants to visit in the week we stayed, and lots of historic sights to see. You do need a car to visit surrounding towns but the peacefulness of Chiusi makes it delightful. Rafaels place is perfect with the balcony and sublime views. He was an exceptional host who did not impose on our privacy but always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and town.
