Walk to wineries from an atmospheric old stone house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Enjoy a house featuring a tasteful blend of original details and modern architectural features. Wake up to rooftop views, then take a sunny stroll to the picturesque 11th-century church and medieval castle, or venture further to walk the tracks amongst the vineyards. PLEASE NOTE: The property is not to be used for parties. Neighbours have been instructed notify local authorities if they experience loud noise or disruption to this quiet pocket of the village. An exclusive house in the very heart of one of France most famous wine village. All the comfort of a stylish contemporary home with the charm of an old village house. Relax in a very private courtyard with a pool, 3 sun decks with partly shaded areas or entertain friends and family around the BBQ area. The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. We recommend having your own vehicle (car, motorcycle or bicycle) to take full advantage of the place and its surroundings Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic Provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. Maison individuelle, située en campagne sur notre propriété aborée, prés de notre mas provençal, où vous pourrez vous ressourcer au plus proche de la nature dans un cadre de verdure . Vous pouvez séjourner en toute autonomie, mais aussi profiter de notre région riche d'histoire, de son terroir et d'activités plein air (vélo,canoë,équitation,randonnée..). La piscine vous est réservée le long de votre séjour de 9h à 20h30. Elle est traité au sel,elle n'est pas chauffée. Le village se situe à 2km.

Randonneurs, cyclistes, épicuriens, amoureux de la nature, il vous suffira de passer le portail pour accéder à vos activités favorites. Le logement est totalement équipé : - Draps et serviettes - Machine à café Nespresso - Théière - Grille-pain - Télévision connectée - Barbecue en terrasse La piscine est accessible de 10h à 19h.

Mon Cabanon

Roquemaure, à proximité d'Avignon en plein cœur du vignoble des Cotes du Rhône. Petite maison cocooning proche d'Avignon, du département de Vaucluse, mais aussi de la région d'Uzès, du Pont du Gard et de Nîmes. Au RdC 1 Séjour/Salon avec 1 canapé lit de 2 places, 1 cuisine équipée, 1 Wc; A l'étage 1 chambre parentale avec lit de 160 et 1 douche à l'Italienne. Une grande terrasse avec vue sur le Mont Ventoux et Château Neuf du Pape vous permettra de passer un agréable moment de détente.

A small paradise facing the Luberon

Independent apartment on the ground floor of an old sheepfold in the Luberon. Romantic garden and large swimming pool. A simple, yet very comfortable retreat in the countryside, only a 10 minutes walk to the village of Ménerbes (classified among "The Most Beautiful Villages of France"). Ideal for people who wish to discover the beauty and diversity of the Luberon region with all its hiking trails, perched villages, markets and art and music events. Dogs are welcome (20 € fee per stay).

Logement 70 m2 dans la campagne de provence

Logement de 70 m2 situé au 181 chemin Autignac sur la commune de Piolenc dans le Vaucluse. Vous disposerez d'une chambre avec un lit 2 places et d'un lit une place pour un enfant, d'un grand salon avec un canapé convertible, d'une cuisine aménagée et d'une salle de bain. Un parc ombragé d'environ 2000 m2 entièrement clôturé sera également à votre disposition. L'appartement est attenant à notre logement. Pas de soucis de stationnement. La piscine est accessible à partir du mois de Juin.

Gîte « Les Pierres Hautes »

Le gîte « Les Pierres Hautes » est un logement indépendant mitoyen à notre habitation : une ancienne grange en pierre réhabilitée. L’environnement verdoyant est au calme : la propriété dispose d’un champ de lavande ainsi que plus de 50 oliviers. Un escalier extérieur permet d’accéder au gîte. Pour votre confort : Les lits sont faits à l’arrivée, nous mettons à disposition les serviettes de toilette, ainsi que les produits pratiques comme le sel, poivre, huile....

Belle villa de 160m², avec piscine intérieure chauffée. Au RDC, grand salon avec cuisine ouverte, une chambre(1 lit 160cm) avec salle de bain, WC. Au 1er étage 2 chambres(2 lits 140cm + 2 lits pliants 80cm), une salle de bain, wc, balcon. Grande terrasse et jardin arboré de 300m2, grand trampoline pour les enfants. 2 places de parking Les animaux ne sont pas admis. Les fêtes ne sont pas autorisées.

Stone villa with pool, only 5mn drive to town

Authentic Provencal villa in stone with modern confort. Ideal location, it is only 5mn drive to Avignon center or 25mn by foot. The area is very calm. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
