Ideal for families and cyclists, located in a quiet residential area, it offers a large, fenced 1,500 m² garden, perfect for relaxing in complete peace. You can also enjoy a terrace with a pergola for dining in the shade. The spacious and well-laid-out house has 3 bedrooms equipped with ceiling fans on the ground floor and an air-conditioned master suite upstairs with a bathroom and toilet.

Detached house, located in the countryside on our wooded property, near our Provençal farmhouse, where you can recharge your batteries as close to nature as possible in a green setting. You can stay independently, but also enjoy our region rich in history, its terroir and outdoor activities (cycling,canoeing, horseback riding,hiking...). The pool (saltwater) is reserved for you during your stay (9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.); it is not heated. The village is 2km away.

The house is set on a hilltop behind the charming village of Sablet, surrounded by pine forests and vineyards. There are extensive private grounds and two outside eating areas - one under the shade of a Tilleul tree and with views of the Dentelles de Montmirail, the other for evening dining with sunset views over the Rhone Valley.

Authentic Provencal villa in stone with modern confort. Ideal location, it is only 5mn drive to Avignon center or 25mn by foot. The area is very calm. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
