Our unit sleeps 6 and is fully furnished, all cookware, dishes, keyless entry, Alexa, WiFi, Indoor Heated Pool with Hot Tub, Gym with Sauna, Outdoor Pool, several BBQ grills, plenty of parking, elevator, and lobby with 24 Hour Security. Master has a Queen Bed, Hallway has built-in bunks and a fold-out couch.

The private backyard features a fire pit surrounded by seating against a backdrop of palm trees and a moonlit sky. Soft lighting enhances the serene atmosphere, while a fence provides privacy. A hammock is visible in the distance, adding to the outdoor relaxation space.

I'm an Alabama girl who wanted water access and to be closer to the beach. I bought this little piece of land on Miflin Creek and graced it with a mobile home. Miflin Creek leads to Wolf Bay and the Gulf. It's convenient to OWA (8 minutes), lots of restaurants, and the beach. It's quiet and peaceful. I enjoy paddleboarding here or just sitting on the deck watching the Osprey build a nest nearby. I'm so happy to be able to offer it to you.
