Very nice apartment in the middle of Istria! Ideal for reaching Rovinj, Pula or Opatija in a short time. Beautiful quiet location, perfectly equipped. Emanuela and her family welcomed us warmly and even showed us their wine cellar - including tasting. Lovingly restored stone house with well-kept garden and parking right by the house. Highly recommended!

Lovely house/bungalow surrounded by the palm trees and beautiful garden. Green and peacefull hidden gem even if it is situated between the beach and the main street (which was very convinient to go to the supermarket and restaurants). Interior of the house was very cosy and charming. We enjoyed the paintings on the wall and sculptures which all were made by Vesna! Bathrooms and bedrooms were roomy and confy. Overall we all loved our stay very much. Vesna was warm-hearted and lovely person. Thank you so much!

Our stay was super nice! My children, my wife and grandparents were visiting and we felt right at home. Very pleasant that we could start and enjoy our vacation like this. We were very warmly welcomed directly and shown the accommodation. The vacation at Maja's is highly recommended! The amenities are great and very satisfactory! Gordana is a very kind and helpful host, available for all kind of requests and questions. The place itself is very tidy and true to the pictures close to the sea and city center.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Tatjana and Rene were exceptional hosts! They welcomed me and my friends in a sociable, helpful and very friendly way. Rene was very well organized, among all the amenities, the necessary numbers and the freedom he gave us, we felt welcomed and respected! It was a really nice vacation and we hope to be able to return in the future!

My family and I had a lovely week. The house was beautifully decorated and the amenities were nice. The pool allowed us to have a pleasant time with the children. Having a barbecue was a big advantage. The house was full of privacy. We had a calm, enjoyable time. The host was friendly and kind. We recommend it to everyone. A beautiful home with a location and amenities that you won't regret!

We felt completely comfortable in Nika's apartment. She was always quickly accessible via chat and had many helpful tips about the surroundings. Although the apartment is compact, it offers everything you need thanks to the thoughtful layout and amenities (towels, linens, oil/salt, etc.). We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness and the loving preparation – even small snacks and fresh fruit were available to welcome us. We didn't miss anything. The location above Opatija brings a lot of peace and even a partial view of the sea. However, we underestimated the ascent and descent a bit – sometimes we had to think twice about whether to start the journey on foot in almost 30 degrees. However, since the significantly more beautiful beaches are in the region around Opatija and you have to rely on a car, that was not a particular disadvantage for us. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay, thank you Nika and Tomo!

Incredible stay in Medveja, Croatia! 🏡🌞 We loved this house – it was perfect for our vacation. Very large, spacious and extremely clean! The house has two floors: on the first floor there is a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen, where there is everything for comfortable cooking. On the second floor, there are comfortable bedrooms. A separate pleasure is the spacious terrace, where we had breakfast and spent evenings every day. Very quiet and picturesque place, perfect for relaxing. And what is very pleasant – even for our dog there was everything necessary! Safe yard, bowls, a place to relax – he also had a great time. I also want to thank the owner – extremely friendly, attentive and kind. She was always in touch, helped with all the issues and did everything to make us feel at home. We highly recommend this place to relax!

We were 8 moms, with 4 children. We all enjoyed the pool and view very much. It is ideal if you don't want to go to the beach every day and just enjoy privacy. The house was clean and with good amenities . There was their own room with bathroom per mom + child, so everyone had the opportunity to retreat. You won't be disturbed at all in the area. We were the only ones who were a little louder 😅 The location is a bit remote, without a car it can't work. There is not much to visit in Ičići, but as soon as you drive left or right you discover other cities. These are easy to reach! Communication was flawless! Valerij greeted us and briefly instructed us. If we had a few questions, we had heard back within minutes. We really liked the apartment and we were glad that everything went so smoothly ☺️ we are refreshed and happy! Hvala!

Maja is a lovely host, very warm and welcoming! I arrived by bus from Zagreb and she picked me up from the bus stop in Brseč. The village Brseč is very lovely. The studio is cute and feels a bit like a cave, but a very clean and well equipped cave :) I have cooked my own meals and it's great that in Brseč there is also a little supermarket. The view from the terrace is indeed spectacular and it's so nice to spend time there, hearing and seeing the birds, looking at the insects and all the different plants, the beautiful skies and off course the forever blue Adriatic Sea. I look forward to staying here again!

Franko and his wife were cordial and gracious hôtes. Their house is in a beautiful and peaceful setting, 10mn up a winding road from Koper. Although walking to and from town would be challenging, parking is abundant and inexpensive in Koper, and Franko's house is a great base for exploring the area's attractions. We would be delighted to stay there again.

The moment you open the front door you have a view of the bay right through the apartment. Unforgettable. The apartment is well furnished, tastefully decorated and has all you need for a few days at the seaside. A big mall is in walking distance with EV chargers in the park house. Free of charge. Great.

The best part of this studio: the location!!!! close to everything, supermarket, bakery, small market, beach...with access with stairs. Very nice terrace, even if a little noisy.

They’re truly amazing people and hosts! I guess it was our best Airbnb experience ever :) (most probably we will come back to Rijeka and stay there again)✨✨

We had an amazing time in Irenas Happy beach Apartmen! Such a cozy place and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need! The view is stunning and it’s soooo quiet. We just relaxed and in enjoyed the silence. The sea is amazing and the spot directly in front of the house is also awesome for snorkelling! We found all sorts of fish, crabs, starfish, shrimps! In a 10-15 min walk alongside coats you can reach two beach bars, really cozy. In Rijeka you can shop everything. And in addition to all that, Irena is such a welcoming, friendly host! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Irena!

Lovely place- easy walk to many things but off the beaten path. Beautiful apartment!
