Lovran, Rovinj, Poreč, Pula, Motovun, the islands of Krk, Cres, Rab, and Lošinj, the National Park, and Gorski Kotar. Ucka Nature Park has walking trails near the apartment. Kuća je udaljena 3 kilometra od mora autom (cestom), postoji i pješački put koji je od mora udaljen 1 kilometar (stepenice) koji je u smjeru mora nizbrdo ali pri povratku ipak treba biti u kondiciji. Apartman T&T je kompletno stilski novo uređen u proljeće 2019. Sastoji se od jedne spavaće sobe, kuhinje i dnevnog boravka (openspace) te kupaonice sa saunom.
