Newly built beautiful apartment in Stølen Ski Lodge 7 minutes drive from Oppdal centrum. Right by Stølen ski center with the possibility of ski-in/ski-out for both alpine and cross country skiing. Perfect for mountain hiking and hunting. High standard with heating in the living room, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and laundry room. Enjoy views of the mountains with a cuppa around our round dining table or BBQ marshmallows on the terrace . We would like to have children visit and have both an IKEA baby chair, baby bed, toys and games that would like to be used.

Modern and spacious apartment right by the ski slope in Stølen- Oppdal. (Ski in - ski out). The apartment is located on the 1st floor with the possibility of driving to the door for on/off loading. Two large terraces, one in the front and one at the back for maximum use of the sun. Here you can buckle up the cross-country skiing and slalom skis right outside the door, with immediate proximity to great hiking terrain summer and winter as well as bike trails. 7 min drive to Oppdal city center. The apartment is in the center with what the city center has to offer in a radius of 50-400 meters. Nearest ski center, Hovden is 600 meters away with access to Oppdals eldorado of ski terrain and lifts. The tenant brings their own towels , bed sheets and sheets. All beds have a mattress protector. Soap, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies are in the apartment. The tenant is responsible for their own laundry. 25 year age limit for tenant. Partying and noise are not allowed as this is a co-owners with several residents in the building.

Bedroom 2 is equipped with family bunk, 120 cm + 90 cm. The complex has good parking facilities, and there is the possibility of charging an electric car. Minimum age: 25 years old!

Awesome annex at Oppdal. Short road to both Stølen /Hovden/Slettvoldheisen which runs until 11 o'clock and drive straight into the transport trail to Hovden in winter. In summer there are lots of activities at Oppdal with canyon hiking, mosquito safari, rafting and great mountain hikes nearby or in Trollheimen. Up to 5 people can stay in the annex. Prefer to rent to family and not to smoke and preferably not animals. The Annex is located at the top of Haldo Kalvhåggåns väg no. 42. NB! it is not WIFI
