Laurence’s house is beautiful and very clean. It is in a nice quiet area with easy access to lots of lovely places.

We had the pleasure of spending a week with Marie-Anne and were very warmly welcomed by her. She fully respects the privacy of her guests and is always available quickly and helpfully for any questions. The pool and garden were released for our own use, which we really liked. The location of the property is quiet and pleasant, perfect for relaxing, and at the same time an ideal starting point for excursions in the area. The apartment fully corresponds to the pictures and offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

The house is located in a safe gated street. The house itself is modern and airy, truly wonderful and relaxing with fantastic views over the mountains of Grasse. We met Julian's wife who kindly showed us around the house. They were very responsive and friendly. We had a fabulous time and would come again!

We had a great stay! The site is really very nice, very quiet, while being close to the center of the village (local shops) charming and welcoming. In addition, it allows you to travel to a large part of the Var/Côte d'Azur region. The accommodation is as described, spacious, warm and offers beautiful services: very comfortable and very well equipped. The pool with views is great! We were hosted very well. Smooth communication and unfailing responsiveness. I would highly recommend it!

A perfect setting in the hills, the apartment is at the top, functional and very nice. The sauna and spa tub a delight to relax!! A hearty, and local breakfast, don't hesitate to come try!!

A fairly exceptional place for the French Riviera: quiet, welcoming with an environment without vis-à-vis, very green and full sky. This allows you to distance yourself from the frenzy of the French Riviera during these summer periods. Communication with Joyce is easy and confident, making it easy to feel good. And lots of little touches made us feel like we were staying with friends. Similarly, the house is very nicely decorated with taste and simplicity (different from the photos and even prettier) and it is very well-equipped. And, as regulars of the Colle sur Loup for over 30 years, we definitely recommend Maison Joa Terra!

Beautiful house, perfect for several families where everyone feels good. Wonderful outdoor space, between the pool, the garden and the kitchen/barbecue area where you can find everything a cook needs to make a good meal. Close to small quality shops with very welcoming people. And finally a very warm welcome. Thanks for this beautiful stay.

We had a wonderful holiday in the beautiful house in the middle of a lovely area. Sylvie was very helpful and flexible around arrival and departure. The house has everything in equipment, good internet and Apple TV. Our 2 year old granddaughter also had a wonderful holiday with hours in the hot tub and play on the terrace. We loved the place and are already planning our next stay at the lovely house.

Nothing but praise for Laetitia and her home. The communication went very well and bright. Laetitia was very approachable. To our great regret, we were not able to meet Laetitia (due to our busy program). We're going to change that next year!

Fantastic accommodation with a brilliant host! We had 10 people staying in the whole rental unit and there was lots of space for everyone! 5 seperate bedrooms with en-suites, 2 kitchens, brilliant showers and everything was clean, tidy and well kept! Perfect for a group or families! The highlight was the rooftop with a stunning view across the beach and up to the mountains, the sunsets were spectacular! Great garden space with French Boules (Pétanque) court aswell. Fantastic concierge who answered any issues we had with great speed. Right beside the beach (1 minute walk under the tunnel) which was sandy (not rocky like Nice) and the water was perfect. 10-15 minute walk from train station which gets you anywhere around the south coast from Cannes to Monaco. Close to Juan Les Pins (walking) and Antibes (Uber or train). Aqua park and mini golf 15 mins drive away aswell. Overall the best Air bnb accommodation I have stayed in due to all the factors above, thank you!

Large house with a really nice pool area overlooking the mountains in private and quiet surroundings. Well equipped kitchen and aircon in all bedrooms and in kitchen-dining area.

We had a very good welcome by William , beautiful villa and very well located . I would recommend this very friendly Airbnb. Nothing to say , it was great!
