Kimberly’s home was absolutely lovely, very clean, well-kept, and comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, and it made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Kimberly herself was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. She was quick to respond to any questions and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again!

Anthony and Janey’s home in Orange, CA was everything we hoped for and more! The location was perfect for our Disney family trip—just a short drive away and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The house looked exactly like the photos (honestly, even better in person) and was spotless, tidy, and beautifully maintained. The pool was clean and comfortably warm, the beds were super cozy, and the showers had amazing water pressure. Every amenity was in excellent condition, and you could tell they really put thought into making the home welcoming and functional. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Anthony and Janey were amazing super hosts—friendly, quick to respond, and super helpful throughout our stay. We loved the home so much we genuinely didn’t want to leave. Hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve had! We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in California.

Patricia’s house is clean, quiet and the location is convenient to both the Dodgers stadium and rose bowl stadium, hope I could come back and stay longer next time!

The place was so relaxing. It was a mini escape for us while we are still going through our home renovation and needed some time away! The house was a retreat and had a spa like vibe for my husband and I and adult children. There were also pool table and games and lots of things to do. I wish we could have stayed longer. I can’t emphasize enough that I felt super relaxed there and that was exactly what was needed! ! We loved the hot tub, the deck with beautiful views and outdoor fireplace where we roasted marshmallows. Access to everything was easy and everything was in great working condition! The place is very private and it’s also a great place if you want to stay with more than one group of people or friends bc of all the private bedrooms and floors too! The beds were comfortable and no complaints! We loved everything about the place and the experience was five star m. We hope to have the chance to stay again if we go back to arrowhead! Bobby was an AMAZING HOST!!! Best HOST ON AIRBNB LITERALLY!!! The property was more luxurious than photos perceived. HANDS DOWN THIS IS THE BEST PROPERTY TO BOOK IN LA NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!! Bobby was very communicative, highly respectful, very helpful, and highly professional. Bobby made my birthday weekend the best birthday I’ve ever had. No Kidding! Bobby’s property was in pristine condition everything worked. Everything in the house looked 10x better in person TRUST ME!!! Shout out to BOBBY!!!! A trip I won’t forget about EVER!!!

The house was perfect for our large family and had everything we needed. The pool was great! Will definitely look at getting this same house for future visits to Riverside.

We had a great experience with Dana. She accommodated us effortlessly. The pool and jacuzzi was a great addition to our stay as well. We had no issues with our stay & would book it again if we were back in Fontana.

This Airbnb was one of the nicest I’ve stayed in by far! It looked like the picture and actually felt more spacious. Everything was really clean and the house was easy to find and check in. The only thing was there was not that many towels, but there’s a laundry room if needed. The host was also very responsive and made everything easy! I would stay here again!

Pan had thought of everything. Stayed with our grown teenage kids and the house was perfect. Great setup, very clean, and everything labeled for your convenience. Highly recommend staying here, we love it.

This home was beautifully decorated, well furnished and very clean! Both Harold and Jasper were very attentive and responded quickly. Our only disappointment was that the hot tub wasn't working properly when we stayed and we were really looking forward to that. They did try and repair it while we were there, but the issue wasn't resolved in time. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was very clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, truly even nicer than the photos. It was also super kid-friendly, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable as a family. Jim & Deb was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. You can really feel the care they put into making guests feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families with children. We would definitely love to come back again!

Jimmy was a great host. Very responsive. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. Would stay again. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to stay. Lovely large house, the pool was lovely part of the estate, accessible to everyone to use in the estate, so it was nice meet people and chat.

We were in town for my son’s graduation and had family and friends come in as well. This place was perfect for our needs. Very spacious, comfortable, in a beautiful neighborhood. Loved that there were four bathrooms as well as the four bedrooms. 3 were en suite, and the 4th down the hall, but did not have to share. Hetavi was very responsive, night or day. Had a very lovely stay.

We had such a great time staying here! The place was super family- and pet-friendly, which made everything so easy. The pool was awesome, and there were plenty of fun outdoor things to do. The host, Seraph, was really responsive and made everything smooth. Overall, just a super fun and relaxing stay — we’d definitely come back!
