The place was very clean and well-maintained. Everything was fresh, and the host clearly takes care of the property. It also had modern furniture and appliances, which made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Amenities a plus and easy access to the beach! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Lauren’s beach condo! It was perfect for a week of family beach time. Beautiful ocean view, right by the pool and looked just like the pictures. The condo had everything we needed. There are local shops, Grocery stores and beach stores close by but we mostly relaxed on the beach or in the pool. Have to give a shoutout to the host as well as my oldest has bad allergies and I said I would bring separate linens for her but she said she would go ahead and clean the linens for her in free and clear detergent. That was super helpful and very appreciated! Would definitely stay here again!

Terri’s place was just the perfect retreat for my parents to have a quick beach getaway to visit with their grandchildren. It was absolutely perfect for us- Super clean, well appointed, snacks, coffee, easily accessible, and a great view. There was even a basketball and some board games. Everyone we encountered was also incredibly kind. Thanks for a lovely stay. We will hopefully be back soon!

Great weekend! Loved the outside deck with ocean view. Table inside was good for the 3 of us, although if there were more people there wouldn't be enough chairs to sit at. Kitchen was fairly stocked but served our needs. No noise around. Close walk to beach. Wonderful weekend!

All I can say is we had a great time. Ken’s place has a great location in the resort, everything was clean and comfortable and Ken is a great host. Thanks again.

We really loved this place, it was just like the photos and description. We did however have one small issue with the air conditioner but i’m sure they’ll get it fixed soon. We just left the balcony doors open when we inside the home. Hopefully we will visit again!

We truly enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed for our stay including the appropriate dishes, pots/pans, skillets, etc. which is not always the case when we rent vacation homes. It was “homey” and we were able to relax all week. I would most definitely stay in this home again. We had other families stay in condo’s at the St. Regis and everyone thought ours was the best one. The pool is amazing! Beach is beautiful as always, this was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation.

This is the perfect beach condo! We could not be happier with our choice to stay here. The view from the balcony is amazing and we even saw dolphins from the balcony. Truly amazing. The beach is easy to get to and stunning as always. Richard is an amazing host. So kind and helpful. If you are searching for a beach vacation, look no further and book this condo. Everything you need is right here. Get your toes in the sand and get ready for relaxation and rejuvenation! As my middle child said when we stepped out on the balcony and took in the view, “Wow, God’s miraculous work!” Enjoy!

Första gången vi använder Airbnb, och vi kunde inte fått en bättre första gång! Underbart boende! + då flyg och andra praktiska saker gjorde att vi blev sena så blev incheckningen senare än planerat. Men värden var hjälpsam och förstående! + området var super! Kändes tryggt. Vänliga grannar. Barnen lekte tillsammans med ena grannens barn! + bakgården! Så skönt att kunna ha öppnad dörr och barnen kan springa fritt utan att man är orolig! + spelrummet! + nära och bra till kusten! - Det finns inget direkt minus! Men om man måste säga något så var det lite dammigt osv, lite här och var. Men ingenting vi personligen störde oss på! - Att det inte fanns mörkare handdukar/örngott. Då man har färgat hår och inte vill riskera att missfärga handdukar/örngott så köpte jag egen handduk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kates' place. As an Airbnb host, I am a good judge of a place to stay. This one gets 5 stars.. The house and views can not be beat. We had everything we needed including kids toys to play with in the sand. The downstairs was a great spot to get away from the sun and wind and grill out.. We had a family of six with one 2 year old plus two dogs. There was lots of space to spread out and for the kids and dogs to run around. The fenced in porch and underneath the house were great with the dogs. I especially enjoyed the "fish bowl" (bedroom with windows on all sides) room on the beach side. All the windows were great and this room was the designated nap room for anyone who wanted to rest and be beach front. My son and his wife had a date on their private ocean front balcony. Kate was great with the communication, checking in on us via email. We recommend this house to others. We hope to stay there again. Susan and Jeff

We had a great stay! Beautiful views of the ocean from both of the decks, and beach access literally across the street! The place was super clean and was so cute. It was very comfortable! The outdoor shower with both hot and cold water and foot washes was great. Close to restaurants and shops without being in too busy of a spot. We wished there was more ample outdoor furniture to enjoy together or even a little side table to sit a cup of coffee or wine while enjoying the views and the breeze, but apart from this the place was absolute perfection! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great time.

stayed here for the weekend for a kayak fishing tournament, location was convenient and great. amenities were more than enough for a weekend of exploring and enjoying the waters and relaxing. morning view on the dock is breathtaking.

Thanks to the comfort and care put into this space, our family was able to enjoy an unforgettable trip to Jacksonville, including meeting the new great-grandchildren (twins!) and celebrating five generations together for the very first time. Amazing host ! Was so responsive anytime we needed to communicate ! Absolutely beautiful home and felt just like home. So much so we extended our stay an extra day and they had no issues extending us. Fit our family of 11 very well ! We look forward to our next stay.
