Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The apartment accommodates 3 people, and an additional bed can be added if needed. This penthouse has a fantastic view as the windows overlook the lake, right in front of Villa Pliniana. The apartment is part of an old, renovated late 19th century villa. Ideal for relaxing, listening to the sound of the waves of the lake, which lap the house. The house is located in the quiet old town of Losone San Giorgio. Enjoy the wonderful Ticino atmosphere and the hospitality of the Bertola's. From here, in a few moments by bike, you can reach Locarno with its famous Piazza or the lakefront of Ascona, where you can enjoy aperitifs and dinners.
