Parking is available for one car in the driveway just outside the home. The driveway is under camera surveillance for extra security.

The accommodation has a bright interior and a lovely light from morning till night. The accommodation is a stone's throw from the ferry and the harbor. There is a 24/7 grocery store that is accessible with a Swedish bank ID. On the neighboring island of Brännö, there is a well-stocked grocery store. A swimming jetty is located directly below the house and around the island a scenic walking loop of 3 km.
