If you go out into the garden in the back, you can walk straight up into a nature reserve. There is also a loop that is illuminated in the evening if you want to go for a run or walk the dog.

The house is cloose to he sea and close to "Välens idrottsplats" where lots of Gothia Cup-matches are played. The center of Gothemburg you can reach in 20 minutes by bus.
