Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Here you will find proximity to Gothenburg city center (14 minutes), tranquility and nice swimming. Warm welcome to my guest house!

Enjoy a fresh cottage built in 2017 with a fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine, cozy sleeping loft with 140 cm bed. As there is also a sofa bed of 140 cm, it is possible with a little good will to accommodate up to 4 people. Parking is included, but if you prefer to go by public transport, you can easily get into the city center in only 20 minutes. Bedlinen and towels are included

Newly built, bright guest house with balcony and patio. Close to swimming area by the sea (1.9 km), city center by car/bus (15-30 min). Bus stop, 150m. Sleeping loft with two beds and one bed downstairs in separate room. Fully tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are available to borrow. Parking for passenger cars is available in the driveway, additional charge for charging an electric car. In connection with departure, you clean the house according to instructions on site.

Located within walking distance to Näsetbadet and the Smithska cape you can enjoy the sun and swim in a few minutes. Gothenburg is a 30-45 minute bus ride away with bus stop 2 minutes from the property. The home includes a large plot of land, great for croquet or barbecue night, with patio. My place is right on the beach, in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the proximity to nature and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) .The cottage is about 30 square meters and associated sauna cabin with shower, toilet, and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Great opportunities for fishing, motorboat to hire!

Very quiet and safe area, you will have access to part of the garden with outside table with 4 chairs if you want to have your breakfast or dinner outside! In the bedroom theres a doublebed 160cm and in the livingroom/kitchen area theres a comfortable bedsofa 140cm width. Short distance to both the sea (3km fiskebäcksbadet and 3km ganlet) and shopping (2km frölunda torg)

The house is suitable for families. The main-floor is aviable for air bnb-guest. It has 6 beds and babybed in totally 3 bedrooms. Wifi is aviable. The house is cloose to he sea and close to "Välens idrottsplats" where lots of Gothia Cup-matches are played. The center of Gothemburg you can reach in 20 minutes by bus.
