Great house including pool and terrace with barbecue station - nothing is missing! It was a nice time, the children immediately felt comfortable. Small attentions and great hospitality particularly surprised us.

We really enjoyed staying at Damir's place. He is a very friendly and helpful host. Even before our stay, communication went very well and on site he gave us many tips. We (5 adults, 2 children and a dog) were accommodated in two apartments - a larger one and a smaller one where everything was available for daily use. In addition, everything was clean and in order. Damir lives with his family directly above, so was always available to us and yet we had our privacy. The house has a spacious and well-kept property with pool right outside the door, ample parking and a great barbecue area with covered and illuminated seating, which we have often and gladly used. Thank you Damir for letting us spend our vacation with you and your family!

Beautiful and perfectly maintained accommodation with beautiful private pool in very quiet area. Sara is a wonderful hostess. We were warmly welcomed and she was available throughout our stay for advice on nice getaways or restaurants in the region.

recommended accommodation for a large group of friends or family perfect amenities. hyper-functional appliances . abundance of fridge spaces and kitchen utensils (always comfortable in summer) nearby towns are easily accessible ( apart from the obvious codes of Croatian August). beach 1.5 km (difficult to reach on foot. ) Caribbean Dina was kind and also gave us a lot of suggestions.

Tatjana and Rene were exceptional hosts! They welcomed me and my friends in a sociable, helpful and very friendly way. Rene was very well organized, among all the amenities, the necessary numbers and the freedom he gave us, we felt welcomed and respected! It was a really nice vacation and we hope to be able to return in the future!

Barbara and Vlado were super nice and friendly hosts. The place was more than perfect for and, family with two small children. Play facilities and a pool very quiet and privately located. The whole house has everything you need to live and is furnished with attention to detail. There is plenty to do in the area, but there is a must. Very beautiful beaches in Rabac and the old town of Labin can be reached very quickly. All in all, it was a very nice family holiday in a beautiful modern Dalmatian stone house. We will definitely come back!

Ivana and her husband leave nothing to be desired in the accommodation. The house is so incredibly well equipped that you feel right at home. Ivana takes care of her guests from the time of booking until the time of departure. My questions were answered very well and in detail within a few minutes. Ivana has valuable tips on food and activities. She and her husband are very warm and hospitable. They arrive specially for the farewell and give their guests gifts. We were very happy in the house and felt very comfortable.

Boris is an accommodating, friendly and unobtrusive host, communication was impeccable. He lives with his family in the back of the building complex, but you hardly notice anything. The house is magnificent and offers ample space for 2-3 parties, is superbly equipped and has a great outdoor area. The location leaves nothing to be desired. In no time at all, you can reach the sea and choose between different bays or walk along a well-developed path. The beaches are largely maintained, the sea exceptionally cool due to inflowing groundwater. From the main beach you can fish excellently and catch many different fish species with good size. The seaside snack restaurant "Me Gusta" always seems to be open and offers delicious snacks and drinks at affordable prices. Good shopping is nearby and can be reached quickly and easily by car.

We had a great time in Dobrinj. The apartment suited us very well. I recommend to all who need to spend their holidays in peace.

The house and garden are really well maintained and even nicer than in the pictures. The kitchen is as well equipped as you could wish for. The hosts are fantastic too ~ such nice people with tips and advice regarding beaches, restaurants etc. but never intrusive. We had a really lovely stay ~ I particularly loved relaxing in their wonderful garden in the evenings. Highly, highly recommended house and simply wonderful hosts

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Beautiful house with a pleasant view. By car to the beach 8 minutes and to Lidl 6. The nearby shop is a 2-minute walk. I liked the peace and privacy the most. Even though there were road works going on nearby, it didn't bother us. The house has all the necessary things, iron, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and all cooking utensils. We felt right at home. A house has two showers and 3 large rooms and a huge kitchen and garden. Dislikes - smell from the pipes in the bathrooms, a bit noisy jacuzzi, an extra quiet high cost for a dog that doesn't use anything.

The contact with Josipa was super friendly and accommodating. Also the house was in good condition, the outdoor area was very new. Twice a week someone came to clean the pool. Everything was available on site and even more than described. The house inside is exactly like the pictures. Thanks to Josipa and her husband for the nice welcome, the uncomplicated handling and thus for the great holiday :-)

The house is a little secluded and very quiet on a mountain with sea views. The garden is huge and beautiful, as is the surroundings. We spent a lot of time on the terrace because we liked it there so much in the countryside. Our dog was also very excited :-) Opatija can be reached very quickly by car, as well as several dog beaches. Without a dog, the choice of swimming facilities is of course even higher. So perfect location for those looking for both peace, as well as a bit of hustle and access to the sea. The landlord contact was super uncomplicated and pleasant. They were always available, friendly, helpful and not at all intrusive. If you are lucky, you can also take a look at the vintage car in the garage, which are lovingly cared for there:-) We felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back. Thank you!

Our stay at Zlatko's house was just perfect. The accommodation was clean and we had everything we needed. There was enough space to park one car plus three motorbikes. Zlatko was communicating with us almost daily, asking whether we needed something. He answerd and helped us with everything. We will definitely come back again next year.

The stay in the house was very pleasant. Great terraces, bathing ladder and outdoor shower. Two bedrooms and the large living room have air conditioning. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We were greeted with a delicious strudel by Luka's mother and "saying goodbye" with delicious crepes. There is a good fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. All in all a good place to stay. We felt very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at Mariza's cabin in Labin. She was welcoming and always available for questions and tips. Felt right at home. She even greeted us with an umbrella for us to use since it was raining outside

We had an great stay at the property. We especially liked the private garden with the pool. There you could relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. The house and hosts were also great.
