Appartamento nuovo ed accogliente. Ottima posizione, comoda per visitare la città e le zone limitrofe. Consigliato!

Een nieuw ruim appartement met balkon. Je kan bij binnenkomst nog een beetje de verf geur ruiken. Goed en verzorgd ingericht. Het appartement bevindt zich aan het Arco dell San Lazzaro plein aan een drukke weg. Als een raam geopend wordt of op het balkon is het verkeer duidelijk hoorbaar. De bedden zijn ok. Beneden bij de vriendelijke pasticceria dell Arco kan men goed ontbijten. Goede en snelle communicatie met Benedetta.

Hinta-laatusuhde on loistava. Tilava asunto, jossa kahden lapsen kanssa oli tilaa enemmän kuin tarpeeksi. Perille on helppo löytää ja saapua autolla. Kävely matkan päässä on hyvä ravintola. Viikonloppuna paikka on täynnä joten pöytä kannattaa varata jo ennen saapumista, jos saapuu viikonloppuna. Pienen ajomatkan päässä on myös loistava leikkipuisto pienille lapsille: Parco Militi Croce Verde. Parman vanhaan kaupunkiin on noin 15min ajomatka ja auton saa ihan sisäänkäynnin viereen esim. Toschi parkkihalliin.

Ottimo appartamentino in pieno centro in una zona tranquilla. Letizia ci ha accolto di persona e si è sempre prodigata per le nostre piccole necessità.

Elena is a fantastic host. She offered valuable advice about Parma, was always available, and showed great flexibility, always ready to help.

La maison était juste parfaite tous les équipements sont haut de gamme. La maison est très bien équipée, pas de vis à vis, on avait une vue très sympa sur le lac et les vignobles autour. Vincent est très réactif . On n’avait pas de soucis de communication aves les hôtes. On était bien accueilli par Tommaso. Bref je recommande ce magnifique spot il est juste parfait.

Casa di Elena è semplicemente fantastica. Un casale moderno con tutti i comfort in una vallata WOW dell’Appennino tosco emiliano. Io la mia compagna e la sua famiglia abbiamo passato qui le festività natalizie, e non avremmo potuto scegliere posto migliore. Casa confortevole, una campagna deliziosa con una pace incredibile e un panorama mozzafiato. Elena è stata sempre presente e super disponibile in ogni domanda o necessità, e ha regalato alla nostra famiglia un momento che ci porteremo per tanti anni.

Beautiful house in a very nice, quiet place. There is no extra kitchen for cooking but Milena war very friendly and warmed up our dinner that we brought with us. We booked it also for the way back - this time with dinner. We are looking forward to it:)

Il signor Vincenzo è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Abbiamo approfittato a pieno del portico antistante e della possibilità di grigliare. Attorno alla casa si trova un comodo parco giochi e un bel sentiero tra le colline per passeggiare serenamente anche con dei bambini.

Fantastische plek! Overal uitzicht over het heuvelachtige landschap. Ook het zwembad was heerlijk en vanuit het zwembad heb je echt een million doller view! Ruime slaapkamers met heerlijke bedden. De kinderen konden ook heerlijk buiten ravotten en honderden meters veilig rondrennen. Je kunt de host ook elk moment bereiken voor vragen. Wij hebben het er erg fijn gehad.

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!

Jerry was a perfect host and his well-located and quiet apartments served us beautifully. Location of the apartment on a pedestrianized street yet in a private quiet area meant it was conducive to sleeping well. Linens were crisp and clean. The heater worked perfectly during chilly October evenings. We had a family emergency which required a plan change and Jerry was kind, understanding and helpful. We highly recommend Jerry and apartment number 3.

Bell'appartamento spazioso, pulito, silenzioso, immerso nel verde e a 5minuti di auto dal centro di Parma, ma anche molto comodo per girare le fortezze in provincia. Proprietario molto gentile ed attento a soddisfare le richieste dell' ospite. Da tenere assolutamente in considerazione per un prossimo giro nei dintorni!
