Host disponibili e gentili, molto accoglienti e, nonostante abitino di fianco, mai invadenti. La casa è stupenda, l’esterno ancora di più. Piscina molto bella. Barbecue grande che ci ha permesso di grigliare insieme tante cose. Spazi interni molto grandi, cucina attrezzata con tutto, i bagni riservati per quasi ogni camera sono un dettaglio non da poco. Unica pecca sono le difficoltà di connessione con la rete Wi-Fi, ma di cui si può anche fare a meno in un posto così.

Alessandra is the perfect hoste and makes you feel at home immediately. The place is absolutely stunning with a beautiful pool. Rooms are big and comfortable and decorated with clocks, audio speakers etc from earlier times which gave the space something special. And not to forget the homemade pasta or beer that they serve! Certainly a place to visit when you are in the neighboorhood!

Perfect place to stay. Really unique atmosphere. Jakuzzi was awesome exactly like on photo. Surely advice to order home made dinner. The owners serve it with increadible view on the terrace. La casa di Fabrizio è immersa nella campagna ed intorno ci sono degli scorci splendidi. E' un'oasi di pace. Fabrizio è estremamente cordiale, disponibile, generoso (ci ha riempiti di cibo e prodotti della sua campagna)...ci ha messo a disposizione il ping-pong, è stato un host impagabile. I suoi appartamenti sono stati costruiti con grande cura ed amore....si vede e si sente. E sono un'ottima base per scoprire i dintorni.

Das Ferienhaus ist ein absolutes Schmückstück. Hier haben uns total wohl gefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen, auch wenn uns die Sonne nicht so viel beehrt hat. Vielen Dank an Elisa und Cristina, die tollen Gastgeberinnen, die sich so viel Mühe mit uns gegeben haben!!!

Non posso che confermare quanto scritto da altra gente. Se siete alla ricerca di pace questo è il luogo perfetto. Io vi ho passato 3 giorni da solo: è un posto magico, pieno di vibrazioni, anche il tempo scorre diversamente. Ho amato tutto: la cura dei dettagli degli accessori, (specie quelli della cucina), i mobili di recupero, la presenza del legno ovunque (l’angolo scrittura è magnifico, l’ho usato tantissimo). I libri presenti mi hanno dato numerosi spunti di lettura. Vi è inoltre un impianto audio vintage a cui connettersi tramite Bluetooth per ascoltare le vostre playlist preferite. Anche il Wi-Fi funziona perfettamente. Dal cottage ho fatto diverse passeggiate sui colli, anche di ore.

What truly made our experience unforgettable was Alessandrea’s incredible hospitality. She and her husband are the sweetest people, welcoming us with so much warmth and kindness. They picked us up for the train station. A special mention to the thoughtful breakfast items she left for us—they added such a comforting touch to our mornings! We will always have a fondness for them in our hearts and can’t wait for our paths to cross again. Spazioso bilocale, ben arredato , pulito e in splendida posizione, posto auto compreso. Vicino al centro città. Host veloce nel rispondere e sempre gentile compreso il padre che ci ha accolto. Davvero ottima sistemazione per un bellissimo w.end a Parma con la mia famiglia

La posizione della casa offre una vista spettacolare sulle colline, sul castello e la torre di Rossena. Isolina è molto accogliente, ti fa sentire a casa ed offre una colazione generosa sul terrazzo (i migliori pancakes homemade mai mangiati). La casa è fresca e pulita, il bagno ha una doccia matrimoniale moderna e la cucina offre tutto il necessario (incluso olio, sale, ecc). Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo e torneremo sicuramente!

Claudio, l’host, fin dall’inizio è stato molto disponibile e ci ha fornito informazioni utili per arrivare il più vicino possibile con la macchina all’appartamento, il quale, disposto su più livelli, è stato ottimo per il nostro soggiorno perché offriva privacy ma convivialità allo stesso tempo (avendo due bagni e due zone letto separate). Il team dell’host, che ci ha accompagnati nella fase del check-in, è stato anche lui molto disponibile ed esaustivo nella spiegazione sia dell’appartamento che dei luoghi d’interesse da visitare in zona.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Der Agriturismo Il Vecchio Borgho ist zauberhaft in den grünen Hügeln des Appenin gelegen in einer traumhaften Landschaft und absoluter Ruhe. Tolle Natur mit wertvoller und seltener Flora und Fauna. Die seht gemütliche, sehr komfortable und gemütliche Unterkunft ist in einem landestypischen alten Bauernhaus, das mit viel Liebe und sehr stilvoll restauriert wurde. In dem Weiler gibt es in fußläufiger Entfernung ein sehr gutes Restaurant, Modena und Reggio Emilia sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen, nach Bologna gelangt man am besten mit dem Zug von Reggio Emilia aus. Mario war ein exzellenter Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Durch seine Empfehlungen und Erläuterungen war es eine Freude, seine Heimat kennenzulernen und zu genießen. Wir hoffen sehr, einmal wiederzukommen!

Jacopos Unterkunft entsprach genau den Bildern – sie war wunderbar und ruhig gelegen. Ein Auto ist jedoch erforderlich, um das Airbnb zu erreichen. Der Check-in verlief problemlos und unkompliziert. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts war Jacopo äußerst aufmerksam und reagierte schnell auf unsere Nachrichten. Die Schlafzimmer waren gut ausgestattet, und es fehlte uns an nichts. Aufgrund der Jahreszeit sind uns einige Stinkwanzen begegnet, was jedoch nur eine kleine Unannehmlichkeit war. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen! Beim nächsten Mal werden wir vermutlich eine andere Jahreszeit wählen.

Maria Teresa è stata una padrona di casa perfetta. Non solo ci ha fatto sentire a casa nella sua splendida corte, fornendoci tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno e molto di più, ma ci ha raccontato anche la storia della sua splendida famiglia che in quella casa ha vissuto tanti momenti importanti per la storia italiana durante la seconda guerra mondiale. Ci ha coccolato con le sue squisite torte e fatto viaggiare con la memoria nel suo territorio e anche oltre oceano, con racconti che ci porteremo nel cuore con tanto affetto. Speriamo di incontrarla di nuovo, perché le persone come lei sono un vero tesoro!

Die Unterkunft ist wahnsinnig schön um den Alltagsstress zu entkommen und durchatmen zu können. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von den Tieren bekommt man in der Unterkunft selbst nichts mit, nur wenn man sich draußen aufhält. Ein ganz besonders tolles Flair!

We hebben enorm genoten in de B&B van Maria Teresa. De omgeving en de accomodatie zijn heel mooi en netjes. Maria Teresa is heel trots op haar B&B en zorgt ervoor dat alles heel netjes blijft. Ze besteed heel veel zorg en tijd aan het schoonmaken van de appartementen. Het appartement is heel geschikt voor mensen die houden van mountainbiken, fietsen en/of wandelen. Er is een zwembad op loopafstand. Maria Teresa is de hele dag bereid om vragen te beantwoorden. Ze doet dit heel enthousiast. Geen vraag vindt ze vermoeiend of vervelend. Dit maakt dat je je al snel op je gemak voelt in de B&B. Voor mensen die op zoek zijn naar mooie natuur, rust, ruimte en lekker eten, is dit echt een aanrader!

Nice pittoresque location with a large family suite which suited well. The pool was a nice bonus and was very nice situated.

Dix jours exceptionnels par le lieu romantique et apaisant. Environnement favorisant les balades. Maria Teresa nous a accueilli avec chaleur, une disponibilité sans faille. Elle aime sa région et sait le partager. C'est une magnifique rencontre et envisageons déjà d'y retourner. Les gâteaux du petit déjeuner vont aussi nous manquer 🥰

Fantastische plek! Overal uitzicht over het heuvelachtige landschap. Ook het zwembad was heerlijk en vanuit het zwembad heb je echt een million doller view! Ruime slaapkamers met heerlijke bedden. De kinderen konden ook heerlijk buiten ravotten en honderden meters veilig rondrennen. Je kunt de host ook elk moment bereiken voor vragen. Wij hebben het er erg fijn gehad.

Wij verbleven hier 2 weken, in augustus. Het was erg warm, maar het huis bleef lekker koel. Het huis is prima ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Echt alles is aanwezig en aan alles is gedacht! We hebben Roberta even kort ontmoet, zij was aan het werk en op vakantie. Het contact via whats app verliep echter heel erg goed. Roberta reageerde erg snel en was erg hulpvaardig. Ook had zij heel veel tips voor uitjes, bezienswaardigheden, restaurants etc. Echt top! De omgeving is schitterend en er is veel te doen. Bijna geen toeristen tegen gekomen :-). Het huis heeft geen tuin, maar dat staat ook in de beschrijving. Er is wel een patio, deze wordt echter gedeeld met ander bewoners, met name om te roken. Dat is wel een nadeel zo naast je raam als je daar ligt te slapen, want dat gebeurt ook 's nachts. Ook hoor je dan de gesprekken in de nacht. De slaapbank in de woonkamer werd na een aantal nachten wel wat oncomfortabel. De bedden in de slaapkamers waren echter erg comfortabel.
