Easy booking, quick confirmation, good directions/check-in, centrally located in a new development, apartment was as described in the pictures and clean and tidy. Perfectly clean, new and spacious. Equipped with everything you need and more. Meets the description. Very good mattress and blackout curtains, we slept very well! All appliances are new and working. Very calm place, convenient to get anywhere by car (Brno 50 min, caves 50 min, Olomuc + -30 min, zoo nearby). The host gave recommendations for great places. Communication with him was quick and easy, responds quickly. He allowed us to leave our things and our cat for a few hours longer. The place was warm, the heating works. The air conditioner is powerful, it cools quite quickly. Additional groceries are available at the property and can be taken at an additional cost. That's great because people who arrived in the evening may not have to worry about where to buy food. Perfect for people who want to get away from the city, in silence and with a beautiful view from the window. A great point to head out for a walk in the woods. Strongly recommend this home to everyone!

Eva is a very friendly host, and the place is amazing! It's spacious and comfortable, and a great place to relax after a long day. I was visiting the university, which was a convenient 5-10 minutes walk away. Even the city centre is just 15-20 minutes away by foot. I also really liked the well-equipped kitchen, where I cooked quite often because of some dietary restrictions. There's a convenience store just opposite the house for last-minute groceries. Overall, I highly recommend this place, especially for mid-to-long term stay.
