Vacation rentals with a patio in Olmedo

Marilisa was a very high quality host, she received us with kindness and benevolence. We would recommend this cottage to our friends without hesitation.

Laura's apartment is in a very cool neighborhood. 7 min walk from the very center, so it was quite easy to find a free parking space (in May). We had bakeries, cafes, and a large grocery store right next door. The apartment was very clean, small kitchen but well-equipped. I was able to cook breakfasts, dinners, and lunches that we had on the deck. The terrace is lovely, very comfortable, sunny for half the day. The bathroom is well-equipped, the shower is small, and very comfortable to use. Biggest plus for bedrooms. Wonderful mattress - I would love to take it home, plus very nice linens and duvet (it's not hot in May, so I appreciate the warm duvet). I slept there like a baby. A dresser and a closet with a lot of hangers-it was great for 2 adults. Contacting Laura is absolutely excellent. She helped with everything, and she agreed to check in 3 hours early, so thank you very much. I recommend it to the max!

Very clean house, inside we found every benefit, from primary products in the kitchen to pods for washing machines. Roberta is always available!

Location was great close to central Alghero and walkable to the beach. Host was very helpful and responsive.

What a brilliant flat in the heart of alghero. We stayed for a week and are already planning our next trip here. It’s right in the middle of the centro storico, with beaches on either side. Although it’s in the middle of quite a busy area, the flat itself it’s very quiet and private. Loads of restaurants and bars very close by. We will miss waking up to that view!

Perfect host who was able to send messages both for hosting and to make sure everything was okay. Spontaneously she also sent us addresses to guide our stay. Exchanges are easy, nice. Accommodating and very responsive host. The place is great! Beautiful, clean, quiet, with all the necessary products and equipment on arrival. Very comfortable accommodation with a big plus for this charming terrace which offers magnificent sunrises and sunsets. Everything was perfect. A big THANK YOU to Claudia and also to Domenica who was able to be our daily contact. We look forward to seeing you again☺️!

We stay for two nights. Nice place to rest

Luigi's small fine house is as described, surrounded by nature! On the day of arrival, Luigi's mother showed me the way to the beach (it's really only a few minutes) and this path alone is breathtaking. Scented meadows on the right and left, the view of the lagoon, a small dock and you are already on the white sandy beach overlooking the typical crystal-clear turquoise water! But you can also relax wonderfully at the house, there is a small stone grill at the house and a wonderful sunny terrace with awning. There grow capers outside the door, salad and zucchini, rosemary and Sardinian thyme, from which I was always allowed to branch off for cooking:-) Alghero or Sassari, you can reach Alghero or Sassari in 30/40 minutes by car. They were very nice and very relaxing days!

Host Antonio communicated very pleasantly with us throughout the process and the reception and explanation at his fantastic accommodation was great. The place gave even more peace and privacy than we had expected beforehand. Antonio will take you here once, and then you'll know the way. So you do need a car, but that was also known. The accommodation is full of comforts and the bathroom with the lovely large bath is great. The outdoor shower is wonderful. A great bed! And what a service that even had various food and drink items ready for us. Thank you Antonio 👌

Great AirBnB! Well-located (close to La Pelosa, groceries just nearby), well-equipped kitchen and peaceful place. It’s a perfect AirBnB if you want to spend some days around Stintino. We spent three days at Giuseppe's and would love to come back anytime!

Everything was perfect, truly was. Francesco is very nice, the apartment it’s even better then the pictures, the city is so cute with very friendly people. My only regret was don’t stay longer, don’t plan my itinerary longer in the region and stay longer in the apartment. Thank you very much for all the kindness, Francesco.

Casa Katy is a beautiful place on the harbour . We had 3 couples, but needed 4 bedrooms, and this place fit the bill perfectly. Nice , clean , modern , well equipped accommodation in a very unique and special location . I would highly recommend this place for anyone wants to be in this part of Sardines .

The apartment was clean and modern and the deck had fantastic views to the sea. The neighbourhood was very quiet and Ossi is a great location to access Alghero, Stintino and Regional Natural Park of Porto Conte. The kitchen was spacious and very well set up for self catering. Giuseppe provided useful maps and brochures and his check-in explanation was faultless. Highly recommend this apartment!

We had a wonderful stay in this house! The spaces are spacious, well-kept and well-furnished, but the real highlight is the pool: clean, large and perfect for relaxing at any time. The outdoor area is also excellent, ideal for outdoor lunches. Highly recommended for those looking for comfort and tranquility!

The good stuff first. A beautiful,modern,clean apartment. Everything thought of and a kitchen to die for! We simply loved it. Communication was excellent and there is absolutely nothing negative to say about the property itself. The sunrise view was stunning. The not so good: As a fit couple in our 60’s getting our luggage/food/water from car to front door was a series of steps upward (23). Access requires you to be fit. We were off season ( late May) and subsequently the only people around but the cafe below our balcony played from 9:30 am to 9:30pm either piano music on a loop or euro pop. We fear the completion of the pool next door will further spoil the tranquility of this beautiful apartment. Time will tell. That all said, if you want a genuine taste of Italy in all its beauty and wonderful local people we’d recommend Capo Falcone and the idyllic town of Stintino. We had a pleasant stay at Alessia's. We were very touched by her kind attentions, both on arrival and departure. Communication was easy, Alessia was responsive and flexible. The house was very clean and perfectly equipped, in a quiet environment with sea views.

Alice was very accommodating and helpful. The apartment was also very appealing to us and was comfortably furnished. We will be happy to come back.

Antonio was a wonderful host. Anything we had a question about or needed, we would send a message and he would respond within minutes. Very friendly and the place is stunning. Great neighborhood with a ton of restaurants, shops and pharmacies near by. The closest beach was also gorgeous. Already looking at coming back and staying there again.

The stay at Gabrielle's was just perfect. The welcome was so warm that you felt right at home. Gabrielle gave us great tips for the surrounding beaches and restaurants and was always available to us. The place had everything you needed and the view was just magical. The old town of Alghero was beautiful and about 15 minutes away. The supermarket was right across the street and so we didn't miss anything. Thank you for everything, Gabriella ❤🥰😍🌸🌷

Spent a week in Castelsardo. The apartment was a nice size for the two of us. The kitchen was adequately equipped, the bed was comfortable. The large terrace overlooking the Mediterranean was spectacular. The problem we had in early to mid September was overcast skies and a roaring wind over a few days which prohibited its use. The pool on the roof is very nice. The agency working for the host responded very quickly. In short, we recommend Patrick’s place for a pleasant stay in Sardinia.

Our Host Daniele was excellent, proactive in communication and offered so much information / advise / details about our stay. The apartment is beautiful and they have though if everything 🩷🙏 I would most definitely stay again !!
