The house is entirely surrounded by olive grove, orchard, and vineyard. It is accessed through the paved road and only in the last 200m the road is unpaved but perfectly accessible. It is about 3km from the village of Olmedo, from Alghero about 8km, from Fertilia airport only 6km. The ideal base, nestled between the tranquility of the countryside and the area's most beautiful beaches.

Spacious and elegant, in a recently renovated 18th-century building, at the entrance to the historic center. On the third floor of the building (no elevator) on two levels: living room with sofa bed, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, double bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. The walls, with the characteristic exposed stone, original, "antiqued" floors; the design of the furnishings is current. 5 minutes to the market, public parking 300/350 meters away, bus to airport and beaches 200 meters away.

Old renovated farmhouse 300 meters from the sea

Our farmhouse is a 120 sqm vacation home located in the northwest of Sardinia, just 300 meters from the sea. Completely renovated in 2020, it can accommodate up to 9 people without compromising anyone's free space. It has a large outdoor garden of 4000 square meters, private entrance and parking. The interior consists of a living area (open space) with a fireplace and a sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first row by the sea, the Granito villa enjoys an excellent location a few meters from the sea, but also from the Piazzetta where there are markets, bars, restaurants and small shops. The living room divided into two rooms, an area with the dining table and one with the sofa and the TV and kitchen is fully equipped and functional. The sleeping area is composed of two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Outside the villa is surrounded by greenery and enjoys a magnificent sea view.

The authentic Medieval House was built between 1250 and 1300. With more than 70 sq mt of interior space, plus a 20 of terrace. It is ideal for relaxing, in spacious indoor and outdoor areas while enjoying the car free Old village and its welcoming community. Recently renovated, the Architect preserved its historical value while incorporating all modern comforts. The house is in a prime location, just a few steps from the Cathedral, which overlooks the sea and offers breathtaking sunsets.

Independent accommodation in a small residence. Complete with everything, we just changed the bed and mattress and added a new sofa bed. Recently built, class C with excellent thermal and acoustic performance. Two beaches 2 and 6 minutes walk away and a world to visit 15/20 minutes drive away, La Pelosa, the island of Asinara, Stintino and its ancient port, the beautiful Alghero and much, much more to discover...
