It is about 3km from the village of Olmedo, from Alghero about 8km, from Fertilia airport only 6km. The ideal base, nestled between the tranquility of the countryside and the area's most beautiful beaches.

Il soggiorno suddiviso in due ambienti, una zona con il tavolo da pranzo ed una con il divano e la tv e cucina è completamente accessoriata e funzionale. La zona letto è composta da due camere matrimoniali ognuna con il proprio bagno. . All’esterno la villetta è immersa nel verde e gode di una magnifica vista mare.

The “Aria” suite, an independent and renovated 30 sqm accommodation with an energy-saving system, is located on the ground floor of an ancient farmhouse, located in Alghero in a quiet area, with a garden and swimming pool shared with the other suites, furnished with care, equipped with all comforts, WiFi. The villa, called "Quinta Esencia," was born from the perfect encounter of two cultures, Angel's Spanish culture and Lisa's Sardinian culture, in which we live.
