Vue magnifique depuis la terrasse et jacuzzi très bien entretenu. Logement bien équipé (savon, pastilles lave-vaisselle, sel, huile,…). Nous recommandons!

Che dire… Lasciamo questa piccola perla di casa immersa nelle campagne del Nord Sardegna con le lacrime agli occhi. Il soggiorno a Sos Giajos è stata un’esperienza a 360 gradi, oltre una semplice vacanza. Qui abbiamo vissuto in perfetta sintonia con la natura, il distacco completo dal caos, dalla movida, dai rumori e dall’inquinamento luminoso. Questa splendida casetta è dotata di tutti i confort necessari (e anche di più) per trascorrere spensierati giorni di vacanza in un territorio ricco di caratteristiche da esplorare a pochi km. Ultimo, ma non per importanza, un encomio caloroso e amichevole a Baldassare: il perfetto padrone di casa! Ci ha accolti con la massima disponibilità ed è stato a nostro supporto durante tutto il soggiorno. L’amore e la cura con cui gestisce la sua casa traspaiono in tutto quanto abbiamo apprezzato, dalle mura della casa stessa, alla manutenzione quotidiana di piscina e verde. Complimenti a Baldassare per l’amore che diffonde per la Sua Terra. A presto❤️

We stayed here for 8 nights as 2 couples. It was so comfortable and joyful. We worked remotely for 2 days, the internet worked fine for all of us. Giusy was so helpful, we tried all of her suggestions about beaches and restaurants, all of them were perfect. She was available all the time, she replied immediately to our questions. The pool is big enough and clean. The garden is huge and peaceful. It is better to have a car to go to the beach and to Alghero.

Propriétaire très attentionné, très disponible, très sympatique, de bon conseil. Seule remarque: le logement est vraiment petit, mais comme on est toujours dehors (terrasse, piscine), ce n'est pas grave.

Die Wohnung haben wir vor allem wegen des Whirpools und der Aussicht gemietet. Hier wurden wir nicht enttäuscht! Es war einfach ein Traum den Tag in diesem zu beginnen und zu beenden. Die Temperatur des Whirlpools war im April bei 20*C Lufttemperatur für uns absolut in Ordnung und nicht zu kalt und die 37*C des Whirlpools wurden über mehrere Stunden gehalten. Absolut positiv zu erwähnen ist die freundliche proaktive Art von Christian, was ihn definitiv zu einem Superhost macht. Seine Tips, welche Strände und Restaurants wir besuchen sollten, hat diesen Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht, da wir in kurzer Zeit die atemberaubenden Hightlights der Umgebung besuchen konnten! L’host è stato super disponibile per tutta la permanenza dando consigli su cosa visitare e come muoverci. La casa molto bella e curata e con tutto il necessario per la vacanza. Il paese non è sul mare ma lo si raggiunge facilmente con 10 minuti di macchina, inoltre è in una posizione che rende facile visitare diverse città spostandosi di poco. In generale super consigliato come alloggio se si vuole fare una vacanza in queste zone

Eva, Marco e Milly renderanno il vostro soggiorno indimenticabile, è proprio come stare a casa di amici di lunga data. Sono gentilissimi e disponibili, la casa è molto comoda, il terreno intorno rilassante e le colazioni deliziose! Siamo stati veramente benissimo e torneremo per esplorare ancora di più.

We had a very nice stay in Caterinas appartment. The garden was lovely for our kids to play in. the appartment is on the edge of Alghero and close to a bakery. Caterina did good suggestions for restaurants and things to do around.

Appartamento pulitissimo e comodo, in zona tranquilla e comoda per girare a piedi la città

La struttura si trova in una zona di aperta campagna lungo la strada provinciale che da Alghero porta fino a Capo Caccia ed è composta da varie soluzioni. Noi abbiamo soggiornato per 8 notti nel mini Costa Smeralda. Al nostro arrivo Dario, gentilissimo, ci ha accolti ed accompagnati nei nostri locali che abbiamo trovato in ordine e pulitissimi. A noi interessava cucinare in casa e la dotazione di pentole ed utensili è stata soddisfacente. Inoltre ogni unità è dotata di un'area esterna arredata, nel nostro caso un bellissimo gazebo con barbecue privato. Il parcheggio è molto comodo, all'interno della proprietà, alla quale si accede in autonomia. Una menzione speciale per lo splendido giardino con piante e fiori bellissimi di tutti i colori. Nei dintorni è possibile fare diverse escursioni e la posizione dell'appartamento si è rivelata ottimale. Buonissimi e convenienti i panini preparati dal Market Farinelli che si trova a pochi km di distanza nella borgata di Santa Maria la Palma.

Wir haben die Tage im Haus sehr genossen. Gianluca war immer für uns erreichbar. Danke auch, dass wir früher ins Haus durften. Die Räumlichkeiten sind rustikal, aber alles war gemütlich. Die drei Terrassen haben wir gerne genutzt, wenn die Mücken uns gelassen haben. Im Herbst sollte man immer Mückenschutz dabei haben.

Piękna i spokojna okolica, plaża i wejście do morza zmienia się w zależności od wiatru i pogody. Domek w wiejskiej okolicy, około 300-400 metrów od plaży, do miasteczka Stintino 5-7 minut samochodem. Domek zgodny z opisem, czysty, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, mieliśmy wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy do przyrządzania i spożywania posiłków. Duży taras, zewnętrzny prysznic bardzo przydatny przy ładnej pogodzie. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem i jego rodziną, cały czas czuliśmy ich opiekę i serdeczność. Dziękujemy za udane wakacje :)

Christina was the perfect host and I felt at home straight away. She always made her parking space available to use - so I didn’t have to worry. Lovely accommodation in a quiet area.

Même si Stefany n’était pas présente, c’était comme si elle était avec nous 😉 Très réactive aux questions, indications et suggestions pour la location parfaites. Tout était propre et fidèle à la description de l’annonce. Nous pensons même revenir vers elle concernant une location pour partir en Angleterre prochainement (si elle veut bien de nous ☺️)

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Silvias Haus. Das Haus ist super ruhig gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattet und Silvia war als Gastgeberin immer sofort erreichbar, hat uns tolle Ausflugstips für die Umgebung und Empfehlungen für Restaurants geschickt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Haus etwas ausserhalb von Sassari. Perfekt für unsere Familie mit 3 Kinder. Sehr helle grosszügige Räume, wunderbarer Ausblick in das grüne Tal. grossartiger Pool mit vielen Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten rund um das Haus. toller Garten mit vielen Fruchtbäume wie Kaki und Feigen. das Haus ist mit viel persönlichem Charme und grossartiger Kunst dekoriert. Es fühlte sich an wie UNSER Ferienhaus. Elvira die Besitzerin ist eine sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank für diese schönen Tage.

Es ist traumhaft von der Terasse das Meer zu beobachten. Die Kinder haben den Pool sehr gemocht (mit Rettungsschwimmerin). Das Konzept der Anlage und Wohnung ist sehr schön und praktisch. Die Gegend regt zur Bewegung an und belohnt mit schönem Meer und schöner Natur. Die Betreuung und Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das hat uns sehr unterstützt.

Merveilleuse maison en pierre isolée pour ceux qui aiment le calme et la tranquillité. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et malgré un petit soucis d'eau pendant le séjour, Valéria et son mari ont été très réactifs et on fait le nécessaire pour que l'eau revienne dans ce petit coin de paradis. L'endroit est très bien équipé toasteur, four, lave vaisselle..., tout pour passer du bon temps. Je recommande cet endroit paisible à quelques pas des falaises. Nous avons passé un excellent moment avec toute ma famille. Barbecue au top, réveil avec le bruit de la nature. Je ne pouvais rêver mieux.

We had a great week at Caterina's place. The view is amazing. The apartment was small but comfortable and efficient. Everything worked well. Caterina and her husband are very pleasant.

Nous venons de passer un séjour de 3 nuits avec nos 3 filles. Cadre magnifique et paisible. Maison fonctionnelle . piscine et terrain de tennis chouette ! Gabriel est très accueillant, réactif . nous recommandons. parfait pour visiter alghero , la grotte et capo caccia et le nord avec stintino et la pelosa!

What a great place to stay. All of us loved it. The kids had space to run and play. The pool was 5 out 5. Really good for kids as there is big shallow bit which was able. We felt welcomed and loved it! We can't wait to come back.
