I am Markus and I live with my wife in a beautiful 16th century square courtyard. century with 4,000 m² of meadow & forest. We would also like to give you the opportunity to spend a wonderful vacation here with family and/or friends. In a multi-year and very complex renovation, the farm was completely renovated. Four residential units were created. We live in the east wing, in the south part there is another apartment and in the southwestern part there are 2 chalets.

It is located only a 7-minute walk to Neulengbach train station. Train connection to Vienna center is optimal, but to the airport is complicated. The apartment is on the 1st floor. We live in the wing next door on the ground floor. We are also available for tips and questions or a little chat.

There is a small renovated wine celar with 5 different wines from Gernot Reisenthaler to choose.

The 130 sqm guest suite has a romantic courtyard on one side and a private garden with a sauna and shower on the other. The 16th-century walls, with vaulted ceilings in the kitchen and bathroom, create a unique atmosphere.

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau! The apartment is located close to the metro station U3 Rochusgasse. Many sights are in walking distance.
