This spacious home had everything we needed as a family of three. We were also able to use the private parking, even though we have a larger vehicle. Laura and her husband were very helpful and responsive with everything we needed. It was a quiet and secure place to rest.

It is not fair for us to really put a review because of the weather disaster we went through. A day after we got the house, we had the storm of the century. Of course, the lights flickered and there were other things, but in the end, Alexis was wonderful, she was always responsive to my millions of questions and very helpful. She also called everybody we needed, like the pool service the gardener, etc. to solve the storm damage the next day. She also left us a phone to use in a question of need. She got us new towels and sheets because she knew we were coming from aboard and were not able to bring them like people in argentina. She went above and beyond for us. Thank you Alexis.

The accommodation is as described in the listing. Very large room, not so the bathroom, but it is a matter of the building and its layout. It has a garage for additional rent in the building. downtown area. special for a couple of days. maybe an electric kitchenette could be added to cook something light. We went with two children. We liked staying there.

We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place! She went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable, sharing helpful local tips, preparing a bed for our toddler, and even lending us a subway card for easy transportation. The apartment has all the basics you need—no extra frills, but for the price, it’s excellent value. Plus, it’s located in Villa Crespo, a fantastic neighborhood with lots of cool shops and restaurants, all while avoiding the overly touristic vibe of Palermo. Overall, a great Airbnb experience. I stayed for four days at the inn with my wife at the end of June 2024. The site is easy to access after disembarking at the Cologne bus station, practically a straight line of walking. We were well received by the staff, all well educated and helpful. The property is very beautiful and the room is good. The breakfast is very simple, with few options and there was no variation in the days we were there. The location is perfect: two blocks from the wall and close to bars, restaurants, pharmacies and whatever else you need. No car is required for nothing and the streets are very beautiful and quiet to walk, even at night. The only negative highlight is the bathroom box, which is a plastic curtain and does not stand still during the bath. It moves, sticks to you and ends up allowing the bathroom to get wet. The secret is to take an open door bath, air-conditioning off and closed windows. It's inconvenient, but it's the only downside. In the rest, we recommend and we thank you.

The house of Maggie and Frida is very inviting for us guests to relax and socialize with other guests. They also have plenty experience hosting people during the Lollapalooza events so the recommendations are really welcomed. Finally, Maggie and Frida are really attentive and gentle with the guests, I felt really at home there and the environment was really cool and friendly. This is definitely a good place to be while attending to the festival!

It was a blessing to have stayed where Patricia and Alejandro. Both are excellent people, warm in the treatment, friendly and attentive to everything so that the stay is phenomenal, also facilitating tourist and route information. Alejandro prepares delicious dishes, which can be requested upon request. Patricia makes a delicious breakfast that includes her exquisito pan de casa. Both offer a variety of dishes to choose from as a menu for lunch or dinner with reservation. The house is beautiful, clean and with nice aromas. One is delighted with every corner that goes around. It is one of those places one visits and never wants to leave. The stay is quite spacious, complete and comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and cute for a walk or run. You really feel very happy and at home. I would definitely come back again and definitely recommend to stay for any reason.
