This newly renovated home is very close to Lakehead University, Regional Hospital, Thunder Bay Community Auditorium, downtown and there is a playground right across the street. Mariah is a great host. Very responsive. She was always available to answer any questions i had before checking in and until after i checked out. since this was my first time staying at another Airbnb i did have lots of questions and she was patient and helpful in answering those questions. I was able to check-in early and checkout late. luckily as there was no other guest staying in the day of check-in and no one booked on the day of checkout. the place was clean and i felt like i walked into my home. i didn't cook or anything so i didn't use any of the utensils although everything that one needs is available. I will be looking to stay at her place when i return to thunder bay. thank you Maria. you were a great host. appreciate your recommendations with the laundromat as the place was just what i needed. clean and maintained properly. 5*+ rating for you as a host and also the same for your place.

Wilfred is a great host with a fantastic house/unit. Very responsive and reasonable with his communications. His place is one of the nicest Airbnb places I have stayed over the years. All areas in the house were exceptionally cleaned and neat, the kitchen is stored with all the basic amenities and utensils you may need. I will stay at this place over and over again, if I have the opportunity. Thank you Wilfred for sharing your beautiful house and space with us. I hope our paths crosses again.
