The apartment is located on the first floor, small staircase up to the entrance, seven steps. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with the most basic kitchen appliances for simple cooking, dishwasher & microwave. Kitchen table & four chairs. Bedroom: Double bed 180 cm, chair, desk, two stools, wardrobes, floor mirror, chest of drawers. Living room: Sofa, table, armchair, cabinet, TV bench, TV. Bed 140 cm. Small hall with hooks. Toilet & shower and bathroom cabinet. Hair dryer. Air mattress is available as an extra bed, filled via electrical outlet.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Here you will find proximity to Gothenburg city center (14 minutes), tranquility and nice swimming. Warm welcome to my guest house!

Located in a calm but central location, close to parks, restaurants, a nice forest, a lovely playground, the sea/archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre and much more. This special place is close to everything, which makes it easy to plan your stay. You can walk to Järntorget in 4 minutes which is a hub where you will find buses and trams to the East and West. Restaurant street 100 meters away. The house is brand new and is located on a quiet street. The view from the apartment is magnificent!
