The house has an elevator, the apartment is modern, the area is car-free, quiet, green and peaceful. The elevator goes down to the locked garage under the house, where garage space can be rented. The living room is located at an open angle with the kitchen, where there is a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and full equipment for cooking. The bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower, washing machine and dryer.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area.
