Communication with Sveva was extremely smooth and she was very quick to respond to any questions. On the day of arrival, she was already waiting for us at the door. She led us to the place. The place, linens and beds were very clean. She also had all the necessary utensils in the kitchen. We found the stay very pleasant and would book again.

Laura is super helpful and respond very quick. The place is so close to everything. Love the terrace. Can enjoy a cup of coffee at the terrace and very peaceful at the center of Milan. Totally recommend this place.

A very nice starting point for a weekend in Milan. Perfect location, in the center and yet quiet. Beautiful and typical Italian courtyard with swallows. Super host, who responds quickly and kindly. In short, we have enjoyed it!

Gustavo was responsive and kind and this stay was great! very clean and private areas for each of us. Great restaurants and transit into the city in the area. The space even had a lovely terrace and winter garden!

Beautiful comfortable and authentic house, beautifully renovated, where it is cool even in high heat. The view of the rooms is splendid. Géraldine is very welcoming. Stresa is a 10-minute walk away, a little more on the way back because the slope is steep but it's a pleasure to be able to do everything without a car. We had an excellent week and we will be back for sure!

We just returned from a stay - the pictures do not do justice to the beauty of the home and the location. Jennifer and Nico are outstanding hosts and have been extremely helpful in recommendations for restaurants, activities and future stays.

Everything was perfect, great location , kind, helpful , impeccable in everything

The place is lovely and just as it looks in the pictures. We were traveling with four kids, and the house was spacious enough to meet all our needs. Parking in the village can be a bit challenging but you can always find a spot after a short wait of 10-15 minutes when someone leaves. There are several hiking trails around including a beautiful waterfall that's about an hour's walk from the house. The outdoor area features a grill and has a spectacular view, making it a peaceful and beautiful spot to relax. Jacqueline, our host, was very nice and helpful, living in the same house downstairs. We experienced some issues with the electricity failing a few times when the washing machine and oven were in use; however, with some care to avoid simultaneous usage, we could avoid this. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was a bit weak, and the 4/5G coverage was spotty in the area. Overall, it is a wonderful place with a supportive host, making it an excellent choice for a stay in the Como Lake area.

Apartment as described and photos as described. Very clean and nice little touches (snacks, water, toiletries...). Very comfortable bedding. The only downside: the neighborhood is not very lively and is uninteresting. Other than that, great value for money for Milan!

Staying with Matteo was the perfect choice. The apartment is spacious,clean, andwell-equipped. Matteo was very helpful, responding quickly to our messages. Outside, there is a place and all the equipment for a barbecue and, most importantly, a parking space under the house. Great location. You can visit the beautiful Lago Maggiore,and Como is only 1 hour away. I recommend it with all my heart!

Away from downtown, but a very quiet area with easy access by public transport. Davis is very attentive, responds very quickly to all requests

Excellent Airbnb to spend a few days in Como. Very close to the station near the lake. A few blocks from the cathedral. Everything was very beautiful. The apartment is beautiful. The quality of the kitchen items is excellent. Flawless towels and linens. We will be back!

What a great place to stay! Just steps from the base of lake como, easy to catch the ferry or bus to other towns. Alessandro was incredibly helpful with recommendations during our stay as well!

Sergio’s place was well located and made for a brisk 10 minute walk from the train station. The rooms were very clean and had two bathrooms for traveling in groups. Would recommend staying here for your trip to Como.

The place was exactly as described – clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Towels and bed linens were provided, which was really convenient. Very close to the metro, making it easy to get around. Everything was great, I’d definitely recommend it!
