We loved our stay at Alison’s place! It was myself, my husband and our 2 year old. We loved that there was a mini crib among many other kid amenities that make traveling with a children much easier/lighter! Our trip was mostly to visit beaches and we were blown away with the many beautiful ones in the area! It was also very nice to have beach chairs, toys, etc. all available in the Airbnb as well. The kitchen is fully stocked which was lovely as we typically cook some meals when we’re away. Alison was very responsive if we had any questions and the place was VERY clean. Highly recommend this Airbnb, I have only positive things to say!

We had a great trip. The location was perfect with a nice view of the intercostal channel and an easy 5 min walk to the beach access. Quiet and peaceful for this time of the year and just what we were looking for. The apartment was big enough for the 4 of us, comfortable bedrooms and spacious living room. Our host was friendly, quick to respond and accommodating. We would certainly like to return and rent back from her. 10 and of 10

Overall, beautiful place 😍 The pool and the hot tub were the best parts. Andrew was also very responsive. There was a bit of debris coming out of the air conditioner onto the bed but Andrew gave us access to clean blankets right away. All beds were comfy, the sofa was comfy, and access to the washing machines made the entire stay comfy. Highly recommend booking this place with Andrew. Only downside is we didn’t extend our stay for longer.

From the moment we booked, the experience was seamless. Gretchen was an incredible host — thoughtful, responsive, and truly prepared for everything. Her attention to detail made us feel less like guests and more like family stopping by for a visit. The house was clean and stocked with everything you’d need for a perfect beach getaway. The ocean views were stunning, and the peaceful vibe made it effortless to relax the moment we walked through the door. Gretchen clearly cares about her home and the guest experience. She even provided a beautifully organized binder full of helpful info about the property and local recommendations, which was such a nice touch. We only stayed one night this time, but we’re already planning to return — and stay much longer.

This was actually better than the pictures The home was absolutely adorable, very clean & inviting. The location was close to everything. The beach was 5min away. Restaurants were very good. Lisa was very considerate about any concerns you may have. My family enjoyed everything about this rental. The outside area was also very nice fenced in backyard. I would definitely recommend renting this wonderful home. I will be back.
