Townhome vacation rentals in Old Town, Dubrovnik

We had a lovely stay. The house is very nice, everything is brand new and very clean. We were very well received by Natacha and Anja. Thank you for the welcome gift (charcuterie and cheese board, breadball, 1 bottle of wine, water and orange juice, butter and some fruit). Thank you also for the great tips for visiting and restaurants. We'll be back ….

Lidia and Daniel were excellent hosts. We were fully welcomed at the property and given an excellent introduction to the city and area, so we were able to make the most of our stay. The apartment itself was ideally located right in the heart of the old town and had all the amenities needed. I have visited Dubrovnik before and staying in the old town makes such a difference, it was a real treat. A great visit and a great little place to stay, thank you!

We used three rooms and all exceeded expectations. Every effort of hospitality was provided. It was in a quiet area of town with quick access to sites inside wall. We loved all her recommended restaurants. Beds, pillows and air conditioning all very comfortable.

Fantastic place to stay, with a huge private balcony overlooking the bay. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

To be able to stay within the old town city walls is such a unique and amazing experience. The apartment is just a two minute walk from the Buza gate, making it a very easy in and out. My kids loved being able to walk out the door and eat dinner at the restaurant just down the steps, and my mother enjoyed the indoor air conditioned respite from the steamy summer streets. Such a perfect stay!

Staying at Petra's , just outside the Pile gate was fantastic! We were so close to everything and the apartment was spotless . There's a bar and a restaurant just meters from the front door and a swimming beach maybe 2 mins walk ! Absolutely fantastic!! Just beware if you don't like stairs don't go to Dubrovnik!!! We had no issues for 4 people , great amenities, and even greater location!!! I would highly recommend Petra's place - just don't book it when we want to come back!!

Amazing location. A nice small room with a private bath, air-conditioned and in a walking distance from the old town. Maria is a great host. She truly loves what she is doing. The garden and the kitchen outside make the place absolutely remarkable. There are 2 neighbour cats and some other animals that add cosiness. We would love to come back.

The apartment is in a beautiful stone house in the bay of Šipanska Luka. The house is perfectly renovated, with a unique terrace that also has everything, great outdoor furniture, sun protection, awnings, etc. Also the outdoor lighting, great. Everything thought out! Bravo! Inside it is also fantastically decorated, beautiful and modern with a great kitchen that is slightly elevated. In the kitchen it has everything you need. There's really nothing missing! We were totally happy!! Also the communication with Tanja, the lady on site: perfect! Always helpful and nice. From the apartment it is only a few minutes to the bay, where you can swim nicely. It would be nice if there were often such apartments worth their price. Congratulations on this little gem

We had a good time, everything matches the description and photos. The family is kind and hospitable. We preferred to travel by car to get to the beaches, the climb is a bit difficult, but the place is quiet. Beautiful trips to the surrounding areas, Zanjic beach and Blue Cave. We also went to Ostrog Monastery, beautiful but very challenging. Hercez Novi is very nice. To be returned. Thanks for the hospitality

Very good value for the price. A communicative host. A room located in an attractive place (the very center of the old town). There was no problem checking in at night. It was a great option to buy food in the kitchen.

The apartment is gorgeous, with pretty touches, a well-stocked kitchen, a gorgeous large balcony with beautiful views and comfy furniture. The pool, which is about 20 metres away, did not disappoint. It’s much bigger than we expected and we could have a good swim as a family. My only reservation- and it’s not a big one - is that while Thorleif himself is an excellent host, his local person who runs it is not very communicative. I’m hoping this changes in the future. I’d also like to see interior blinds on the upstairs bedroom’s inner windows so that we don’t have to listen quite so closely in case a child gets up :)

We had a wonderful stay at Maria's, the only downside was we couldn't stay for longer! It was the best stay of our trip we highly recommend it

By some measure the best Airbnb experience we have had. A perfect apartment on a perfect island. Communication with Ben and Tanja was effortless and they were quick to respond and always helpful. The apartment is better than the fine images suggest. A five star experience, highly recommended.
