We had such a wonderful stay at Sanja’s apartment with our 2 young children! Dubrovnik is all hills and stairs so the apartment was mid way down a hill on a stair passageway and clearly numbered so easy to find. We were able to use a parking spot at the top of the hill which was convenient! The apartment is just beautiful with a view to match with a gorgeous patio! Absolutely stunning! Has a secure entry way, good wifi access, comfortable beds, everything inside was modern and clean. Kitchen has necessary cooking items and we picked up coffee, soap/shampoo, and groceries nearby. We could walk to the old town and there were restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, etc within 5-10 mins walking distance to the apartment. Laundry on site was great to have and our kids loved the jacuzzi tub! Highly recommend this stay! Thanks Sanja!

Hrvoje was an excellent host. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The beautiful roof terrace and second terrace with a pool was a highlight of our holiday. Booking and checking in was easy. Hrvoje even arranged our airport taxi and was waiting to meet us at the apartment. We arrived early and Hrvoje was very flexible in letting us check in. The apartment was spotless and perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms had lots of hot water. The outside areas were beautiful and we spent many hours enjoying the sun and sunsets from the roof terrace. Hrvoje was always available for advice and even arranged a tour of the area for us that suited my 8 year old nephew and 78 year old mother. Overall, a great Airbnb and I would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. We arrived a bit early and we were able to leave our luggage and got access earlier than expected. The house was absolutely spotless and very well appointed. The kitchen was well equipped and had every appliance we needed for cooking. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well designed and luxurious. The open plan kitchen living and dining areas were spacious and very comfortable. The pool and garden grounds were well looked after. The accommodation was faultless all round and we would recommend this highly to others and would love to visit again. The location is perfect in a lovely quiet bay but also easy to get into Dubrovnik. Our hosts were caring and considerate and provided a lot of advice for trips and things to do.

We have stayed in numerous Airbnbs and we never had a host give us a thirty minute walk thru of their house. She answered every question we had and made our stay much more enjoyable. She had a QR code set up for things to do and where to eat. We used her services to find a van and driver to take us on a day trip to Montenegro who turned out to equally helpful. We highly recommend you stay here with a larger group. We had seven adults and plenty of room to gather and also for our privacy when needed. The pool area is delightful

The villa was super clean, even cleaner than the hotels, but at the same time it felt like coming home. The house was well-equipped and the decoration was pleasing. Nevija was very kind, she answered fast and also arranged us a great boat trip that I would recommend to any group staying here. The house was in a small village among mountains, really peaceful place. There was good space for the cars at the yard.

We stayed for 6 days and had a fabulous holiday. Marija and Anton were perfect hosts providing us with lots of lovely treats during our stay. The villa was beautiful, immaculately clean with everything we needed as well as being really peaceful and private. We were a group of 3 adults and 2 teens. Plenty of space for us all. This was our first visit to Croatia, loved Dubrovnik old town and visiting Lokrum island by boat. Mlini itself is lovely. Pebble beaches but very calm clear sea. Lovely to stroll along seafront with a few nice bars and restaurants. We also did kayaking from here. We hope to return and would definitely stay at Marija and Antons villa again.

Really lovely villa in an excellent location. The outside facilities are top notch. Would whole heartedly recommend hiring this accomodation should you be wishing to explore Dubrovnik and the surrounding areas.

Nika’s place was perfect for us! It was spacious, clean, well stocked with all you need! The garden was spacious with plenty of seating and the view was lovely! We really enjoyed our stay, especially as it was a 3 minute walk to the entrance of the old town! We were in walking distance of bakeries, supermarkets, attractions like the cable cart and a 10 minute walk to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better location! The neighbourhood was quiet, the only noise you would hear would be the street outside but when the windows were closed, it was very peaceful! Nika and the accommodation contact were very helpful and responsive! We would definitely love to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik. They 3 apartments in were very clean with lots of closet space. We were not aware that the 2 person apartment had a separate entrance but the joined big terrace was delightful. The apartments are situated right between the old and the new city center.

Outstanding. Niksa and Kate made us feel really welcome from the first moment. Very helpful , friendly and responsive before we arrived and that continued during our stay with lots of helpful tips of places to eat, how to get around, places to visit etc. The apartment was beautiful. A lovely, peaceful setting with lots of space for us to relax and for kids to play indoors and outside. The apartment felt comfortable and was extremely well equipped and we felt instantly at home. The kids loved the swings, large trampoline and the pets. The location is perfect with shops and restaurants within walking distance (as long as you're ok with hill/steps) but also close enough to Dubrovnik. The place has everything we need. It is spacious and very clean. Anita was also very welcoming and recommended us the places to visit. The location is great near the bus station where you could take the bus to visit the old town.

Ivo was a great host. Our daughter was unwell the day of check in & Ivo was able to assist us to check in early. He also made a car park available to us as we kept our hire car longer than expected. The location was perfect for our needs & plenty of transport options near by. We would stay again

Top apartment: everything you need is available, the location is great (bus in front of the door or Uber works great, places right outside the door), everything is super clean. We can only recommend it.

The house was very comfortable for a group of 6 and located in a beautiful location very close to the old town . We relaxed in the hot tub too on the day when we walked up the city walls ! Was a Spa like experience ..the bathrooms were clean with good toiletries . The kitchen & the living room was the place where my family spent the most memorable times sipping wines and eating home cooked meals at night . The sea view was mesmerising. Had a fantastic experience & felt home away from home . Thank you so much .

Ivana’s place was absolutely perfect. Amazing location. Great space. Amazing amenities. Ivana met us on the edge of the old town, after organising an airport transfer of us and walked us to the flat - which was amazingly useful. And also gave us tonnes of recommendations for the area which were great. Definitely recommend!!

Sanja’s place was exactly like the photos. It was lovely and peaceful and breakfast on the veranda was idyllic. Even though it was very quiet, there was so much to do nearby and it was a great location. Finally Sanja was very responsive to our messages and helpful!

Just returned from a week at Vacation House Pietra & I’m so glad we chose this accommodation. Both the house & host have been exceptional. The property is beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, & perfectly placed in a peaceful spot in picturesque Cavtat old town while being conveniently close to all amenities. Our host was friendly, efficient, & even helped arrange our airport transfers (thank you Paola!). All in all a fabulous experience - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others.

Very good house and close to downtown

We loved everything about this place. Superb location, newly renovated and tastefully furnished apartment, friendly host are just few things that will make your stay there exceptional. We hope to be back there again on our next trip to Cavtat and vicinity.

Marko iš very responsive host. The house was perfect for our two families with teenagers - enough separate beds and space. Parking was available next to the house for two cars, although it’s not that easy to drive through the village and esp small harbour 😀 Two good restaurants are located in the village, Dubrovnik is close as well for more attractions.

The place exceed our expectations. Good location, walkable to the Old City. The neighborhood is peaceful. The apartment was impeccably clean and we felt like home. Our host Blazenka was very friendly and very helpful about anything we needed and asked. Thank you a lot again Blazenka 😊💐
