Vacation rentals with a patio in Old Town, Dubrovnik

Great location. Up a hill so great views but not great if mobility is an issue. Clean apartment with great balcony for views. Down the staircase is the bus stop to get bus 4 to the old town, and a bakery, cafe, shop and more restaurants, plus the beach.

This is a wonderful apartment with great views and a balcony that gets morning and evening sun. Our hosts were superb and very kind, leaving lots of basic provisions in the knowledge that we were arriving late on a Sunday and the shops might not be open (by the way, as it happens, there is a small super market very close that is open until late in the evening).

Stjepan was excellent in terms of communication. He wrote back immediately and even called me to help sort something out. As a host he goes above and beyond. A note about the stairs: There are a lot of stairs from Old Town (475), but not too many from the nearest road (133), so you could always take a taxi if you wanted to avoid the majority of the stairs. In my opinion, the view is definitely worth the climb and made even more beautiful by the exertion, like reaching the summit on a hike. The apartment was extremely clean and easy to find everything. The only possible drawback is the proximity to the three surrounding units. That being said, the owners of the units all seem to know each other and work well together to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone. I highly recommend Stjepan’s apartment.

Apartment is in peaceful area walkable distance from Dubrovnik old town, perfect balance with enjoying the buzz of Old Town, and resting away from all crowds. There is easy buss connection available too. Instantly felt good when entering the apartment & apartment is very well equipped and clean& nicely decorated. Ivo is proactive & friendly host. Highly recommend staying at his apartment.

Antonia’s apartment was perfect! She was an excellent host, and the property was well-equipped and clean. In particular, the balcony was incredible. It was spacious, had a dining table and chairs, and a lovely large chair and footstool in the corner, perfect for working in the mornings or relaxing in the evenings. Antonija es un AMOR de persona y su apartamento lo tiene preparado de manera perfecta. Todo impecable, decorado con un gusto exquisito y equipado con todo lo necesario. Realmente quedamos felices de hospedarnos alli. Nos hubiese gustado quedarnos mas días, pero nuestras vacaciones llegaban a su fin. :) La ubicación es perfecta ya que se puede ir a pie al casco histórico de la ciudad amurallada (es una lindisima caminata de unos 15 o 20 minutos) y se disfruta de estar hospedado alejado del bullicio. El departamento tiene una vista a la marina que realmente es un SUEÑO. Pudimos disfrutar del atardecer desde la ventana todos los días que estuvimos. Hay un minimercado a unos 2 minutos caminando (unos 500 mts) Pudimos dejar estacionado el auto que habiamos alquilado en la calla justo abajo del edificio y nos movimos en la ciudad siempre a pie o en Uber. Recomendable hacer eso! Quedamos felices! lo SUPER RECOMIENDO!!

We had a great stay at Jelena’s apartment for three night. Everything was perfect from arrival to finish, the apartment was spotless and the views are amazing as the sun goes down. Jelena was a great ghost above and beyond what is normally expected. Her son was on hand to help us with a late and not without incident check in and the wine was more than needed and welcome. Highly recommended for anyone looking to spend time in Dubrovnik. Regards Simon

Un enorme merci a Maja et Devor pour leur accueil, leurs conseils, leurs disponibilités et leurs bienveillance. L'appartement est tres joli, fonctionnel, belle déco et tout est la pour passer un excellent sejour. Ligne de bus en bas de la rue pour rejoindre la veille ville tres facilement. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine gravé dans notre memoire et notre cœur. Merci mille fois, grace a vous, nous avons découvert la magnifique ville de dubrovnik et pu faire toutes les activités grâce aux excellents conseils de Maja ♥️

We loved Ivan’s place! He sent me very detailed photos on how to get in since we were arriving at night. Gave us very good recommendations for local eats and places near old town as well. Space was perfect for us 2 couples and loved being a bit away from old town. Highly recommend!

Mihovil was a great host and was very helpful in answering all my questions beforehand. The accommodation was clean and tidy and Mihovil provided us with a great selection of drinks and food which was very handy and considerate especially as there was no shop in Bosanka. I’d say the location is great as it was quieter and cooler than Dubrovnik but bear in mind that the bus in the morning only ran at 7am or 11am. If you’re happy to use taxis/uber etc then I would definitely recommend staying here! The restaurant round the corner is excellent too! Thank you Mihovil we had a great time staying in your accommodation! The pool was loved by our daughter despite being cooler due to visiting in May.

I stayed for 5 days, during which I felt very happy with the room. You have literally everything in the room, snacks, towels, detergents, washing machine, a nice balcony. The location is away from the crowds of the old city but about 20 mins. walk to it, and 3 mins with the bus, and if you decide to visit Lapad, also very convenient with the location. Communication with Gloria was very good. All in all a very good place for solo travellers or couples.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Osojnik. The area is so peaceful and quiet, the perfect place to unwind and recharge. We especially loved spending our days sunbathing by the pool and just enjoying the calm surroundings. The house itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed! It was exactly the kind of restful escape we were hoping for, and we already can’t wait to come back. Thank you for such a perfect stay!

Lovely place to stay. Nikolina was a great host and very helpful with information on how to get around the city and things to do there. The listing was exactly like the photos and was perfect for our stay.

We enjoyed everything about this place. From communication, checkin, the apartment itself. We went to another city and missed the apartment already and want to go back. We got spoiled with the beauty of the interior, the space, and we did not miss anything!! Very comfortable beds and pillows. Highly recommended

We stayed at Tonci’s place for a week. The place is as lovely as on the photos. It makes you feel immediately at home, and it has everything you need for a nice and relaxed stay. It is in a calm area not far from Dubrovnik and with a beautiful garden. The apartment itself is thoughtfully and elegantly done. Tonci’s mother, Mrs Helena, welcomed us with some home made products and set a tone for the rest of the stay! We appreciated the personal touch very much!

Le logement proposé par Dragan, vaut le détour, c’est un beau logement très bien entretenu. Dragan est très réactif aux demandes que vous pouvez avoir, il vous fournira une multitude de liens utiles, pour l’emplacement du logement, des vues sur Dubrovnik, des magasins alentours, des bons plans pour les visites etc etc Bref. N’hésitez surtout pas, vous ne serez pas déçus et la maman de Dragan est tout aussi gentille et accueillante…

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

Ruhige Lage, umgeben von Gärten, dennoch zu Fuß schnell bei Hafen, Geschäft, Restaurant. In der Sommerhitze sicher angenehme Temperatur innen aufgrund der dicken Mauern des Hauses und der mit Pflanzen überdachten Terasse. Zum FKK-Strand, der groß und schön gelegen ist, ca 10 min Fußweg. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Natalia war sehr hilfsbereit bei verschiedensten Anliegen und gut erreichbar. Gerne wieder.

Après un road trip en Croatie, nous avons fait plusieurs logement. Celui ci était le mieux. Appartement identique aux photos, agréable qui sentait bon. On peut y rester pour une semaine. De nombreux placards, tout à disposition pour faire à manger, éteindre son linge. La literie est confortable et environnement très calme. Effectivement le centre ville est à 3km mais on peut se promener vers la plage qui est à 10 mins. Je recommande vivement cet appartement

Great place—exactly as described! The apartment has one very large bedroom and a second decent-sized room, plus a hallway cupboard for hanging clothes. The living room downstairs is very spacious, and all amenities are provided. The shower was a highlight: roomy, with strong water pressure and consistently hot water. The location is a nice balance—about a 20-minute walk to the old town, so you’re close enough to explore but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the busy areas. There aren’t many shops immediately nearby, but there’s a lovely bakery just 2 minutes away with delicious pastries, and two small supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Only small feedback: the bedroom shutters weren’t blackout, so the room got quite bright in the morning—which might not be ideal for light sleepers (though that’s a personal preference). Overall, a great stay! The hosts were very flexible and even accommodated an early check-in for us. Would definitely recommend.

The flat is big, very nice and has a beautiful patio with an amazing view. Dijana and her sister were incredible. Not only were they there to meet us but they drove to the bank and the grocery store. They are two terrific ladies. The only drawback is that the bus to Dubrovnik does not run on the weekends so you have to uber into town and that can be expensive. If you are looking for peace and quiet and beautiful amenities and surroundings this is it.

Fantastic location and stunning view. The apartment looked newly renovated so everything looked new and clean. Very friendly neighbor who gave us restaurant and wine recommendation. This would not be a place for someone who struggles with stairs.
