Vacation rentals in Old Town, Bologna

Abbiamo trascorso il weekend di Pasqua a Villa Pallegoria e siamo rimasti entusiasti. La casa è su un colle a Monte San Pietro, immersa nella natura con una vista spettacolare. L’ultimo tratto di strada è sterrato, ma facile da percorrere e ne vale la pena per la tranquillità che si trova. La villa è piccola ma ben organizzata: salotto, cucina, bagno e camera da letto, tutto ristrutturato e arredato con gusto. Il vero punto forte è il patio coperto con tende che riparano dal sole e dal vento, perfetto per colazione o pranzo all’aperto. Il giardino è ampio e tranquillo, non completamente recintato, noi eravamo con il cane e non ci sono stati problemi. La zona è ideale per passeggiate nella natura. Monte San Pietro è vicino se si vuole visitare il paese. Daniela, l’host, è super gentile e disponibile, rispondendo subito a ogni richiesta e portandoci ciò che mancava per il barbecue. Un posto perfetto per staccare la spina e godersi la natura!

Daniela and Filippo are beyond super host, welcoming kind and responsive. I was lucky to meet Daniela upon arrival and get to know Fllippo who helped me with every single inquiry during my stay promptly. The apartment is neat, location is good and it has everything I needed and more. It will be always my choice in Bologna. Thank you so much for everything.

Almost everything was great, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Since Italy has stringent recycling and garbage disposal rules, it was unfortunate that the apartment did not have presort bins. Worse yet, the previous tenant lost the key card needed to dispose of miscellaneous waste (i.e. stuff that isn't simple paper, plastic, glass, or organic - which is more than one would think) so we needed to be rather creative about that. It would have been better had we been told about it ahead of time. The other oddity was that the dining table had only one chair, making it an awkward arrangement for two people. The kitchen counter had two stools but we needed that space for makeshift recycling bins. The apartment faces the courtyard which avoids all street noise but not air conditioning unit noise should you want to leave the window open. It's a 15 minute walk to the train station but 25 minutes to the old city center. However, bus service is plentiful. All in all, we would stay here again.

Pamela house was above expectations, we were met with a beautiful home and complimentary gift basket. Provided lots of valuable information to help us with our choices for our trips. Thank you for making us feel at home on our vacation. Regards Sarah

Accoglienza splendida, casa bella e funzionale. Un luogo in cui tornare!

Alessandra ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Sie ist sehr bemüht, Ihren Gästen den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu machen. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und gemütlich und hat einen schönen Holzofen, an dem wir abends gerne gesessen sind. Die Aussicht und die Natur rund um das Haus ist sind wunderschön. Wir hanen den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

100 Sterne würden wir Tiziana und Roberto geben wenn dies möglich wäre! Du kommst an, wirst willkommen geheißen und fühlst dich einfach nur wohl! ( selbst gebackener Kuchen!🍰) Es fehlt an wirklich nichts, alles ist vorhanden und du kannst beruhigt abschalten! ( auch für Kinder bestens geeignet!) Es steckt so viel Liebe darin, das kann man spüren und sehen!! Blitzsauber und makellos! Selten sowas erlebt! Silvia è un host di primo livello, gentilissima, professionale, cordiale.. l'alloggio è meraviglioso e assolutamente curato in ogni dettaglio. La zona dove si trova l'immobile è una delle più belle di Bologna, comoda , verde, silenziosa..mi sono trovata benissimo e spero di poter tornare prestissimo. grazie mille Silvia! Consigliatissimo!
