Offa Hideaway is very comfortable, & close to everything Leamington has to offer. Enjoy surprising peace just 15 minutes' walk from the centre of town. Your room has an ensuite, double bed with Vispring mattress, table, TV, wifi, kitchenette (microwave, hot plates, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, fridge) and storage. Tea, coffee & basic breakfast (bread, butter, jam, muesli), linen & towels are provided. If you would like a fuller supply of breakfast items at a small extra charge, please ask.

The property is well equipped with all you need for a home away from home experience. Stratford-upon-Avon & Kenilworth are also just a short distance away. The property also benefits from having two designated parking spaces directly outside though please be respectful of the neighbours and avoid parking large vans or blocking access.
