Monthly Rentals in Old City, Philadelphia

Very easy stay. Great location, the hosts were very communicative with instructions. Also felt safe for solo travel.

We had a great few days in the Old City, could have stayed longer! Patty's place was a central respite on the top floor (with an elevator). It was the perfect size for two of us. It was comfortable, clean, safe and quiet (we were there midweek) other than normal business on the street below. Convenient coffee shops, quick groceries, loads of eateries. We parked about a block away (in a lot) and never used the car. Patty is a great communicator. The only improvement (which has been mentioned before) would be the addition of a couch lamp. We would love to return sometime!

Beautiful apartment, safe location, near major landmarks and activities

Great stay at Ashleigh's! Located in an awesome part of the city. Very walkable to the sights and restaurants/bars of Old City or Liberty Heights. The parking spot was very clutch. Would def stay again!
