The space is really beautiful with its pool and gazebo. I felt right at home. We really enjoyed the place and the house. There were four of us. Roberta and her husband were always attentive to every need. I recommend it 100%

We stayed at Marco's apartment for an EVJF and we were delighted: welcoming, chic and designer apartment! More than warm welcome from Marco who does everything to make us feel at our best. Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations, and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). We had a super cozy stay at Marko's lovely house. Very clean and well stocked. There is not much soul in the local area and few and not so welcoming restaurants but we took small trips to e.g. Lake Maggiore and there are many small cozy towns. Arona is also worth a visit. We can really recommend Marko's house. Thank you for your stay, Marko.

Sara is the best host I've ever encountered. Her house is beautiful and the setting is stunning. But, much more than that, Sara's attention, care and kindness were remarkable. She did all the things a good host does, but also went above and beyond to make our stay very special - including welcome pastries and a even a custom cake for a birthday we were celebrating! Truly exceptional.

Matteo's house is excellent! A lovely swimming pool, large bathroom with whirlpool bath and a bathroom with walk-in shower downstairs. Kitchen is fully equipped! Outside, you can sit comfortably. When we were there, we had two storms. The first storm caused a floor cooling to stop working. Immediately it was arranged that we got mobile air conditioners! What a great service. This was beyond Matteo's control, but he immediately arranged for his brother and mother to come and check everything! Matteo's mother was also waiting for us when we arrived. What a lovely woman! We enjoyed the house and the pool! Bergamo is around the corner and easy to do by public transport or taxi. The bus stops almost at your doorstep. Our dog could walk around freely without us having to keep an eye on him. But with 30+ degrees, he preferred to lie in the cool house☺️. We booked Nicolò's place to have the opportunity to relax after a quite stressful first half of the year and the place did not disappoint. We had the pool to ourselves, the entire place is separated from the main home from the owners so that gave us a lot of privacy, the gym is also private (that was cool too) and our dog Poncho had a nice garden to ran, play, chase iguanas, etc. Bepe made us feel welcomed right away and was super helpful, proactive, while also respecting our privacy. Also, Ivrea might not be so well-known but there are plenty of nice cafes, gelaterias, bars, trails to walk, lakes - there's plenty of stuff to do. 10 out of 10. Great hosts, great place - we loved it, we'll be back :)

Gorgeous views and finishes in the home. The outside landscaping and pool area was very pretty as well.

Simona is very friendly and the house is very clean. It's very useful because there's a file that organizes how to get to Milan and its attractions. I confidently recommend it because it's a place I want to stay again.

The overall feel of the accommodation is good, but there is less public transportation, you need to have your own vehicle.The water flow is very small when bathing, there is no shampoo, and the Wi-Fi speed is not fast.

Our stay at Lake Como far exceeded our expectations. There were six of us, and the accommodations were immaculate—beautifully designed with thoughtful, loving details throughout. Our host, Nicola, was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had. I especially loved being just a bit removed from the busier parts of Lake Como—it gave us a sense of peace without sacrificing the view or convenience. The comfort, functionality, and scenery were all next level. If you’re planning a trip to Lake Como, this place is an absolute gem. We were genuinely sad to leave

We had a great stay! Maria was incredibly attentive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared that we had a good experience—offering helpful advice and tips throughout our trip. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and well-organised. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a welcoming space, and as a guest, you really benefit from the clear and well-kept rules. The location is also a major plus—there’s a metro stop right outside, which made getting around the city really convenient. Highly recommend!

It is a wonderful quiet and private house on the edge of the village of Palanzo overlooking the lake and mountains. The two large windows overlook the lush green terraces opposite. The qualities of the place and the old little house were redesigned with great skill into a harmonious whole. We felt very, very comfortable here. Thanks also for the warm welcome and the tips. Very functional, nice place! Spacious and super quiet.

Marco's house is very nice, comfortable, it was impeccable. Very comfortable mattresses and impeccably clean and good quality linen. Modern and well-equipped kitchen. The terrace overlooking the river in the middle of a landscape with lots of vegetation conveys calm. Keep in mind that access to the bedroom on the top floor is by a somewhat narrow spiral staircase. Marco was very helpful and attentive, he was always available. Without a doubt, the house and its host, Marco, are recommended.

A super clean and very appealing apartment with everything you need to feel good! Top equipped and nothing is missing. From spices, dishwasher tabs to cleaning and bathroom items, everything is available. Great, great and great again. 😉 Thank you again and again for everything😉😘

The place was insanely good! The amenities in particular were above average. The house corresponded to our ideas and the pictures. The driveway to the house was really very steep, so you should be careful which cars you arrive with. Communication with the landlord was also excellent. Very friendly and quick feedback. We would come back.

O. M. G. Andrea was the best host! When you think “host with the most” that’s him. He was the most responsive, kind, generous and amazing host we have ever encountered. The place was GORGEOUS. With the most wonderful view and right down the road was a perfect “beach” where we ate at a few times and spent the day to soak up the sun and water. He checked in on us every morning and evening making sure we didn’t need anything and offered the most generous things. We can’t wait to come back and visit Andrea and his beautiful home again. 10/10 recommend (even though this place is so perfect, part of me wants to gate-keep it 😉) BOOK THIS PLACE! Literal perfection.

Simona was an incredible host! We stayed at her home in Lake Como for our honeymoon and we could not have picked a better place- the house was beautiful with gorgeous mountain views and the area was quiet and peaceful. We took the ferry to get to more tourist-y locations, and Simona was wonderful about giving us recommendations for places to go and things to do both in the town we were staying in and around the lake. The house was clean and she even provided us with a couple of groceries and a pasta recipe. The location in Carate Urio is walkable, but you do have to get used to lots of stairs and walking on the side of roads. There are a couple restaurants and a small market that worked great for what we needed for the week since we traveled to different towns around Lake Como. Once you get used to the ferry system it's so easy to travel as the dock is only a ten minute walk. It was a perfect stay and I would most definitely recommend Simona's Casina delle Rose!

My father and O were traveling together and we rented this Airbnb to avoid the cost of two hotel rooms. I LOVED the beautiful glass room kitchen!! Was such a peaceful place to have a morning coffee. They were very accommodating about our arrival time which was extra wonderful! The furniture is a bit old and simple (folding chairs around the kitchen table, stained chair in the living room) but for the price it was an excellent option for us and we really enjoyed it! Location is wonderful tram runs regularly (though seemingly on a schedule of its own) and we could walk to duomo in 25 min. I ran In the park each morning and the water pressure is lovely. Look it’s not a hotel, it’s perfect for traveling with two people who want their own space. Only one bed would be usable for a couple honestly so 3 people in beds is realistic. Has an elevator Excellent AC Over all we loved our stay and highly recommend to anyone coming to Milan!

For us, Casa Berta was the perfect place to stay! We spent one day each in Bellagio and Como - and were glad to leave the crowds (late May!) behind and live in such a quiet, charming mountain village. We imagined the street to be worse from the reviews - thank God there is not much traffic up here. Nevertheless, we preferred the bus, which actually always ran reliably (except on Sundays, because it generally does not run). The Casa itself is really adorable. Everything as in the photos. Very comfortable bed and head cushion. Also the shower with good water pressure (normally I don't like shower curtains, but the shower is large enough so that the curtain, which is not made of plastic, does not stick to the body). The terrace is also great, we spent a lot of time here. It would be perfect if there was also reception on the terrace, for example, to stream music or plan the next day.

Serene location that is even more beautiful than the pictures. The proactive instructions were super helpful and our family enjoyed the walk to the villa and throughout the lovely neighborhood. The view outside each window, the patio and the villa itself was pristine. We enjoyed wine and snacks with a phenomenal view and peace. We stayed here for 3 nights and we visited milano and lake como Its a great place if u have a car, there is free parking next to the place The place is not the fanciest but we had everything we needed The snacks for the breakfast were nice and plenty from the host The only negative thing was the bed, there were 2 single beds not 1 double snd it was a little uncomfortable
