nous avons passé un très bon séjour. l'appartement est près de la plage, bien équipé, et on apprécie de pouvoir manger dehors. gesuina a été arrangeante et à adapté notre heure de départ. il y avait pas mal de moustique (en avril!)

Ottimo e spazioso appartamento in centro ad Orosei, con tutte le comodità facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Spiagge nelle immediatamente vicinanze. l'appartamento era pulito, completo di ogni necessità. non abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di conoscere il sig. Angelo ma la sua sostituta Selina ci ha dato ogni informazione utile

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad, het huis is mooi, functioneel en de bedden liggen erg lekker. Voor alles is gezorgd, en het is heel erg schoon. Alles lag klaar, strandlakens en spullen voor op het strand. De communicatie verliep vlot en heel vriendelijk. De omgeving is prachtig, groen en alles stond in bloei, ook in de mooie tuin. We hebben ook erg genoten van de voetbaltafel!!

Klare Empfehlung! Wir (mit 3-jährigem Kind) haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts in Michelas Unterkunft super wohl gefühlt. Alles war top sauber, Betten sehr bequem und Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Michela hat uns persönlich empfangen und alles gezeigt und war die ganze Zeit für Fragen erreichbar. Auch in der Off-Season (über Silvester bis Anfang Januar) zu empfehlen.

Ein toller Rückzugsort mit einem gigantischen Sportpool und einem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Privatstrand.

We felt right at home at Danilo’s. He’s a great host that is always very responsive and there to help with local tips and advice. Furthermore, he accommodated us on a few special requests we had during our stay. Also, he brought us a brand new coffee machine during our stay :) His place is very clean and has nice rooms including a well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and parking is extremely easy right in front of the house. We can only recommend Danilo!!

Wir waren in den Herbstferien (4Personen) für eine Woche in dem Appartement von Maria und Manlio. Das Appartement entspricht den Bildern. Es war sauber, die Küche sowie auch die Schlafzimmer sind mit allem, was benötigt wird, ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts! Maria hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und alles ihr mögliche unternommen, damit wir den Weg zum Appartement (auf dem Weg mit schlechtem Navi) finden. Es stand ein Kuchen auf der Theke, Wasserflaschen lagen im Kühlschrank und auch Toilettenpapier war vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Badebuchten in Baja Sardinia waren traumhaft (wir hatten sie „fast“ für uns allein, da wir außerhalb der Saison da waren). Der Ort Baja Sardinia liegt wunderbar. Wir konnten die Umgebung (Palau/Fähre nach La Maddelena sowie Olbia) in kurzer Fahrzeit erreichen. Trotz einiger Regenschauer hatten wir so immer Programm. Wir empfehlen das Appartement und würden es erneut buchen. Vielen Dank nochmals an Maria und Manlio

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Silvias Haus. Das Haus ist super ruhig gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattet und Silvia war als Gastgeberin immer sofort erreichbar, hat uns tolle Ausflugstips für die Umgebung und Empfehlungen für Restaurants geschickt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely villa in amazing setting. Fabulous views. Helpful local host called Marco. Bathrooms have been updated since the photos so are better than they appear in the listing. Local amenities are walkable and bus takes you to Olbia for just €1.50. We had great weather, used the pool and the beach which is a short walk away.

Antonio hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen! Der Ort und die Lage des Hauses sind zauberhaft und sehr idyllisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und das Haus hat ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

Our family of 6 stayed at Gianni’s for a week. Gianni was quick to respond and gave us restaurant recommendations and even made a reservation for us at the restaurant right by their property that specializes in Sardinian cuisine. Excellent! If you stay here you must go. The host also recommended Autumn Festivals in the area. We drove to Ottano for their festival and it was one of the highlights of our entire trip. They provided beach towels for each of us. We loved playing family card games each evening at their dining table. Check in was easy and also an easy check out. Our family enjoyed our stay in Valentino’s home. We would definitely recommend a stay at Gianni’s property.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Sehr schönes Haus, moderner Stil, schöner und großer Aussenbereich. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer Straße, viel Privatsphäre. 3 Bäder, aber im Bad konnte man leider nirgends seine Handtücher aufhängen. Eine Mappe mit Tipps wäre hilfreich gewesen. Pool war Anfang Oktober leider schon sehr kalt. Generell ist der Ort im Oktober schon sehr ausgestorben und Strände werden schon teilweise nicht mehr gemacht. Alles in allem aber ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

Eine schöne und modern eingerichtet Ferienwohnung in einer Wohnanlage. Die Wohnung war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns über den gesamten Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war problemlos auch dank der guten Beschreibung durch Antonella im Vorfeld. Den Pool hatten wir die meiste Zeit für uns allein. Der große Strand ist in 2 Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur 10 Autominuten entfernt.

Niesamowite miejsce na niezapomniane wakacje. Spełniło moje wszystkie oczekiwania. Dom jest przepięknie położony, otoczony przepięknym gajem oliwnym a codzienne koncerty cykad dodają mu jeszcze więcej uroku. Miejsce idealne dla osób szukających odpoczynku z dala od zgiełku miasta - a jednocześnie blisko przepięknych plaż, restauracji i atrakcji. Wygodny i dobrze wyposażony dom, taras i basen. Miejsce marzeń w którym przyjmie cię uroczy i ciepły Paolo. I tylko można żałować, że wakacje tak szybko minęły…

El alojamiento es perfecto ya que esta situado en una zona tranquila y cerca de la playa y del centro. El pueblito es precioso y tiene muchos restaurantes y bares. En cuanto al alojamiento tiene todo lo que necesitas. El frigorífico es un poco pequeño y el sofá cama un poco incomodo pero en cuanto a limpieza todo estupendo. La terraza es enorme y hay piscina. Hay ropa de cama y sabanas de sobra para todos. El baño es amplio con secador de pelo. La anfitriona nos regalo comida y bebida nada mas llegar y nos recomendó muchos sitios para visar. Fue muy amable con nosotras y muy atenta. Muchas gracias por todo.

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in der wunderschönen Unterkunft, sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber, das Haus ist toll und die Gegend bietet sich für viele schöne Ausflüge im Norden der Insel an. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder, danke.

Stefania war eine sehr nette und liebevolle Gastgeberin. Sie war jeder Zeit für uns erreichbar und hat uns Tipps für Unternehmungen, Strände und Restaurants gegeben. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es sind alle Küchenutensilien vorhanden. Ebenso Gewürze, Öl, Essig, Kaffee, Tees und sogar Eier, Knoblauch und Wasser standen im Kühlschrank bereit. Die Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind top für einen entspannten Urlaub. Für Kinder ist Sandspielzeug vor Ort und nach Anfrage wurde uns auch ein Töpfchen bereit gestellt. Es gibt genug Stauraum für Kleidung und Sonstiges. Das Bett war uns persönlich zu weich. Das soll aber kein Kritikpunkt sein, sondern nur informativ, da jeder ein anderes empfinden hat. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Man hat einen traumhaften Ausblick aufs Meer und ist nach nur wenigen Geh-Minuten an den schönsten Stränden. Einkaufen und Restaurants waren in unserer Saison nur mit Auto erreichbar.

Cette maison est située dans un superbe environnement naturel. Niché, au milieu de la forêt rocheuse, impossible d’être plus dépaysé. Personne aux alentours . Sans parler de la magnifique vue depuis le salon et sur la terrasse. en descendant une minute, on se retrouve sur une petite plage privée, c’est tout simplement génial. On s’est baladé avec les enfants dans la forêt sur les rochers. Magnifique. L’arrivée dans la maison a été très facile, Ivan, nous y attendait. La maison en elle-même est simple et bien distribué. Il manque une grande TV pour se faire des films le soir :) Attention, la piscine est fermée à partir de fin septembre, ce n’était pas clair pour moi. À cinq minutes de la maison, la petite ville de Palau dispose de petits restaurants sympas, et d’un petit port pour louer des bateaux et faire des excursions dans les îles Madeleines. Bref, je reviendrai sûrement mais plutôt en mai ou septembre.

Appartamento pulito in una graziosa cittadina fuori dal caos delle località più rinomate ,ma non per questo senza ristoranti e locali dove passare una piacevole serata, località strategica x visitare le più belle spiagge della costa nord est

My mum and I felt right at home at Giovanna's. Giovanna was very friendly and always responded quickly (: The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures and very spacious! The kitchen is super equipped and the furnishings are modern and nicely decorated. The nearest beach is only a 5 minute walk away. There are mosquitoes on site, but there are mosquito nets on all the windows and citronella anti-mosquito coils if you want to sit outside. So the mosquitoes didn't bother us and we slept very well. We also really liked the area, it's very quiet and the beautiful Spiaggia di Bassa Trinita is only 2 minutes away by car. But with a short walk you also have a nice view of the islands of Spargi, Budelli and co and access to other small beaches that are more sheltered from the wind. We really enjoyed our stay at Giovanna's!

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

This was our second stay at Patrizia's gorgeous house, we booked as soon as we got home after our visit the previous year, which probably is the highest recommendation I can give. The house is in a beautiful, quiet, rural location with stunning views over the surrounding hills and coastline. The house is rustic inside and out, in-keeping with the old Sardinian farm house that it was. It was clean and tidy inside, with everything that we needed during our stay. The surrounding gardens are left beautifully wild and we saw a variety of birds and wildlife during our stay (including tortoises!). Despite the rural location, it is still within easy driving distance of the beautiful coast, the town of Palau and surrounding countryside. The major supermarkets in Palau are approx' 20 minutes drive away and to get to the nearest beach is similar. We went for some amazing hikes during our stay with a mixture of coastal walks and mountain trails.

Séjour parfait! La maison est idéalement située dans la colline, au calme, avec une vue sur la mer. Elle est très fonctionnelle et avec l'avantage d'avoir 2 terrasses, à utiliser en fonction de l'ensoleillement. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, agréables et serviables. Enfin, la petite station balnéaire d'Isola Rossa, à 10 min en voiture, est très vivante.
