In order to enter the house you have to pass the sliding doors of the bedrooms. The kitchen has a table with four chairs, a fridge/freezer, oven with stove and a washing machine. A sliding door leads you outside on the terrace. In front of the entrance is located the small porch with a table for four.

The beach is just a few minutes away by car, as are restaurants located in Arzachena and Cannigione. The annex is suitable for couples, families (with children) and small groups of friends. There is a swimming pool on the property that can be used at the guest's own risk and for non-exclusive use from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
