We had a lovely stay. The apartment is close to the beach, well-equipped, and we enjoyed being able to eat outside. Gesuina was accommodating and adapted our checkout time. there were a lot of mosquitoes (in April!)

Valeria was super nice and flexible with the check in! I loved the place!

Beautiful spacious apartment with an incredible veranda overlooking Orosei. Just about a 5 minute walk to the town center.

It’s just perfect for a family of four. The house has everything you need and the area is so huge the kids can roam around and play freely. The beach can be reached by foot, but for shopping a car is needed. Laura and Elke have been amazing hosts and the communication was super easy and always very helpful. Highly recommended

Clear recommendation! We (with 3-year-old child) felt super comfortable during our stay in Michela's accommodation. Everything was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. Michela personally welcomed us and showed us everything and was available for questions the whole time. Also recommended in the off-season (over New Year's to early January).

We felt right at home at Danilo’s. He’s a great host that is always very responsive and there to help with local tips and advice. Furthermore, he accommodated us on a few special requests we had during our stay. Also, he brought us a brand new coffee machine during our stay :) His place is very clean and has nice rooms including a well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and parking is extremely easy right in front of the house. We can only recommend Danilo!!

We stayed in Maria and Manlio's apartment for a week during the fall holidays (4 people). The apartment corresponds to the pictures. It was clean, the kitchen as well as the bedrooms are equipped with everything needed. We lacked nothing! Maria welcomed us very warmly and did everything possible to help us find the way to the apartment (on the way with bad navigation). There was a cake on the counter, water bottles were in the fridge and toilet paper was also available. We felt very comfortable. The swimming bays in Baja Sardinia were fantastic (we had them "almost" to ourselves, as we were there out of season). The location of Baja Sardinia is wonderful. We were able to reach the surroundings (Palau/ferry to La Maddelena and Olbia) in a short drive. Despite some rain showers, we always had a program. We had a wonderful week at Silvia's house. The house is super quietly located, very well equipped and Silvia was always immediately available as a hostess, sent us great excursion tips for the area and recommendations for restaurants. We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.

Lovely villa in amazing setting. Fabulous views. Helpful local host called Marco. Bathrooms have been updated since the photos so are better than they appear in the listing. Local amenities are walkable and bus takes you to Olbia for just €1.50. We had great weather, used the pool and the beach which is a short walk away.

Antonio gave us a very warm welcome! The location and the location of the house are magical and very idyllic. We felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and the house has been very lovingly decorated. Thank you for a great stay!

Our family of 6 stayed at Gianni’s for a week. Gianni was quick to respond and gave us restaurant recommendations and even made a reservation for us at the restaurant right by their property that specializes in Sardinian cuisine. Excellent! If you stay here you must go. The host also recommended Autumn Festivals in the area. We drove to Ottano for their festival and it was one of the highlights of our entire trip. They provided beach towels for each of us. We loved playing family card games each evening at their dining table. Check in was easy and also an easy check out. Our family enjoyed our stay in Valentino’s home. We would definitely recommend a stay at Gianni’s property.

Very friendly host. Very nice house, modern style, beautiful and large outdoor area. Kitchen very well equipped. The house is very quiet at the end of a street, lots of privacy. 3 bathrooms, but unfortunately you couldn't hang your towels anywhere in the bathroom. A folder of tips would have been helpful. Unfortunately, the pool was already very cold at the beginning of October. In general, the place is already very extinct in October and beaches are partly no longer made. All in all, but the place is highly recommended.

A beautiful and modernly furnished apartment in a residential complex. The apartment was equipped with everything necessary. And very clean. We felt very comfortable throughout the stay. Check-in was also hassle-free thanks to Antonella's good description in advance. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The large beach is in 2 walking distance. Various shopping facilities are also just 10 minutes away by car.

An amazing place for an unforgettable vacation. It met all my expectations. The house is beautifully located, surrounded by a beautiful olive grove, and everyday cicadas concerts add even more charm. Perfect for people looking for a break away from the hustle and bustle of the city - yet close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Comfortable and well equipped house, terrace and pool. A dream place where you'll be welcomed by the charming and warm Paolo. And you can only regret that the vacation has passed so quickly…

The accommodation is perfect as it is located in a quiet area and close to the beach and downtown. The village is beautiful and has many restaurants and bars. As for the place it has everything you need. The refrigerator is a little small and the sofa bed a little uncomfortable but in terms of cleanliness everything is great. The terrace is huge and there is a pool. There are linens and linens to spare for everyone. The bathroom is spacious with hairdryer. The hostess gives us food and drinks as soon as we arrive and she recommended many places to visit. She was very kind to us and very attentive. Thank you very much for everything

We had a great vacation in the beautiful accommodation, very accommodating host, the house is great and the area is ideal for many nice excursions in the north of the island. We can recommend the place and would be happy to come back, thank you.

Stefania was a very nice and loving hostess. She was available to us at all times and gave us tips for activities, beaches and restaurants. The house is equipped with everything you need. All kitchen utensils are available. Spices, oil, vinegar, coffee, teas and even eggs, garlic and water were also available in the fridge. The dishwasher and washing machine are great for a relaxing vacation. Sand toys are available on site for children and a potty was also provided to us on request. There is enough storage space for clothing and other items. The bed was too soft for us personally. But this is not meant to be a criticism, but only informative, since everyone has a different feeling. We were completely satisfied and can highly recommend the accommodation. You have a fantastic view of the sea and are only a few minutes' walk from the most beautiful beaches. Shopping and restaurants were only accessible by car in our season.

A group of 8 of us throughly enjoyed our weeklong stay. The property is very private, has stunning views, and has a very open air concept that we were looking for when booking a property. Management communication was great. We loved sitting on the patio in the mornings and evenings, facing the La Maddalena archipelago, and watching the ferries and boats crisscross the water.

Clean apartment in a pretty town out of the chaos of the most renowned towns,but not for this reason without restaurants and clubs where you can spend a pleasant evening, strategic location x visit the most beautiful beaches on the north east coast

My mum and I felt right at home at Giovanna's. Giovanna was very friendly and always responded quickly (: The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures and very spacious! The kitchen is super equipped and the furnishings are modern and nicely decorated. The nearest beach is only a 5 minute walk away. There are mosquitoes on site, but there are mosquito nets on all the windows and citronella anti-mosquito coils if you want to sit outside. So the mosquitoes didn't bother us and we slept very well. We also really liked the area, it's very quiet and the beautiful Spiaggia di Bassa Trinita is only 2 minutes away by car. But with a short walk you also have a nice view of the islands of Spargi, Budelli and co and access to other small beaches that are more sheltered from the wind. We really enjoyed our stay at Giovanna's!

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

This was our second stay at Patrizia's gorgeous house, we booked as soon as we got home after our visit the previous year, which probably is the highest recommendation I can give. The house is in a beautiful, quiet, rural location with stunning views over the surrounding hills and coastline. The house is rustic inside and out, in-keeping with the old Sardinian farm house that it was. It was clean and tidy inside, with everything that we needed during our stay. The surrounding gardens are left beautifully wild and we saw a variety of birds and wildlife during our stay (including tortoises!). Despite the rural location, it is still within easy driving distance of the beautiful coast, the town of Palau and surrounding countryside. The major supermarkets in Palau are approx' 20 minutes drive away and to get to the nearest beach is similar. We went for some amazing hikes during our stay with a mixture of coastal walks and mountain trails.

A perfect stay! The house is ideally located in the hill, quiet, with sea view. It is very functional and with the advantage of having 2 terraces, to be used according to the sunshine. The owners are welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Finally, the small seaside resort of Isola Rossa, 10 min drive, is very lively.
