Thank you, Nello! We had a great time in Guia... the place was very clean, we rarely saw it like that before. The laundry smelled great, the kitchen was equipped for really all needs, the entire apartment shone, everything was available for a small fine breakfast, the mobile air conditioner did what it should and the view from the balcony to the vineyards was simply fantastic. Everything was just right, Nello was always available and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed at Valentina's for 2 days and everything was perfect. The house is a very nice favor, very clean and with everything you need. Even in the bathroom there is everything. We stayed with a dog and there were also dog cookies!We felt pampered, we were there during the Christmas holidays and the house was all decorated for Christmas. Books and games of society to pass the time, wood ready for the small and beautiful stove. But the best thing was Valentina was very kind , caring she gave us a lot of useful tips and made everything perfect!Thank you Valentina!

Location is picturesque: the small mountaineering village is off the beaten track. The house is clean, has a wellness shower and hot tub, in the middle of nature. You drive to the Passo Cibione in 10 minutes, there and something behind it you can eat well. We can fully recommend the accommodation, especially if you like peace and quiet. The host is very friendly.

We felt right at home. The cottage is very welcoming. Everything went well. Very convenient as there is both a greengrocer and a bakery within walking distance. It doesn't have reserved parking, but even in Christmas week it wasn't a problem. You can tell that the place has been furnished with love. We hope to be able to go back.

Mrs. Catia was really kind and helpful to us. His house and the fully fenced garden were in line with what we expected and respected the proposal offered on the site. Very well-kept interiors, comfortable, cozy and clean beds. Warm environment heated by a pellet stove. Equipped kitchen, utensils, comforts of all kinds available. If we really want to find a flaw, I could mention the extractor hood and its light that did not work and was not clean. But, I would recommend Catia's house for a wonderful vacation. Carmen was a wonderful and welcoming host. 🥰Everything was neat and the place was cozy and beautiful. We felt very welcome. Carmen and her spouse showed us their wonderful yard, and we got to taste the garden's bounty. The dogs were cute. There was plenty of space outside and inside. And the views from the balcony are in a class of their own. 👌

Strategically located to visit beautiful Friulian and Venetian towns full of history. A few kilometers away, there are both mountains and beaches.

Thank you to the hosts for a pleasant stay. We were welcomed by a very kind hostess who showed us around the accommodation. Everything was clean and comfortable. In the common areas, coffee 🔝, sauna, and jacuzzi are available, perfect for relaxing after skiing.

Excellent stay near Cortina. Nicolo is so nice and helpful. He provides clear information that we need to know during our stay and restaurants suggestions:) Early check-in was provided, super nice! Room is exactly the same with photo. Clean and tidy. We can use the kitchen and living room also. Private car park was provided and just next to the door. Restaurants, supermarket, oil station nearby.

Tullia gave me very precise directions, as well as an update on the weather conditions. The welcome was exquisite, full of attention and unexpected thoughtfulness. A real Airbnb, with conversation, human contact, and a very pleasant exchange with the hosts. All the rooms in the house are impeccable. The only regret is that I only stayed at Tullia's for one night.

The place was amazing, perfect view of mountains, super clean and great breakfast. The host was super kind and helpful, she spoke both Italian and fluent English. Really loved the stay totally worth the price and highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay, the host was very friendly… always available and willing to help. The accommodation is part of the host's home, so you should take that into account. Every morning coffee, sweet pastries… Amazing views from the bedroom that will enchant you in the morning and evening… we will be happy to return

What can I say? Simply enchanting! Marina and Franco were wonderful, courteous, kind and helpful hosts. They immediately welcomed us in a friendly way. We immediately felt at home. They offered us great aperitifs and breakfast was a delight, not to mention the nice conversations we shared. You can immediately see the passion for hospitality and the dedication to a warm and family environment. The location seems taken from a fairy tale: relaxing, quiet and the scent of wood immediately envelops you, thanks to the family sawmill, which they kindly let us visit. I highly recommend visiting them, it's really worth it. Thank you again for the wonderful experience.

Babi and Nicola were such wonderful hosts! Such kind and welcoming people. Their location is perfect - a very peaceful spot to relax at after a day of fun activities! Beautiful surroundings, very tranquil. Comfortable bed, hot shower, and a very delicious healthy breakfast each morning! We love the Arco area and were happy we chose it. We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming farm stay in Belluno (the Dolomite area of Italy), and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled amidst the breathtaking Dolomite mountains, with awe-inspiring views that were nothing short of a nature lover's dream. Mozzafiato - practicing my Italian and I think that is the right word for "breathtaking"! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a genuine sense of tranquility. The accommodations were cozy, blending rustic charm with modern comfort. I woke up to the stunning sight of the majestic mountains and the serene expanse of an orchard right from my window. It was a true treat for the senses. The hosts were incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and recommended an amazing restaurant nearby al Moro! Moto bene!!!

The apartment is an excellent starting point for the Val di Fassa and further on to the Sellaronda. The ski bus stops just 100 meters away. The apartment is located on the main road, shops and cafes in the immediate vicinity. There is a simple ski room available. A highlight is the breakfast, which Daniela brings directly to the door in the morning as desired. The apartment is meticulously clean, well equipped. Very chic bathroom and a nice infrared heat cabin. The kitchen is functionally equipped. Very comfortable bed. Daniela is a lovely hostess, helpful and very friendly. We felt very welcome.
